It’s listed as felt wool bonded! You can go in and customize how many cuts (if you want it to cut it twice or more) and if you need to can increase pressure that way too!

It was iron on vinyl. It’s easy to iron the pieces together. But I have made it completely out of felt and glued it together. If you’re making them in batches, ironing is faster. Hope that helps😁
I use hot glue and it really melts the fibers together but with any toy, anyone under 3 should be supervised. I have a die that cuts 10mm circles and I use that make small eyes for snails, bees, etc.

Where did you purchase the metal cutting dies? I got some but they just don’t want to go through felt at all 😔
Be sure to use the stiff felt and a metal plate on the bottom (I bought one on EBay cheap.)
