In Germany you get drunk at home, because it's cheaper, and then you go to a club and have a blast.
That's kind of the same as predrinks in the UK though you might also go to a pub (spoons) instead.
Story of my foreign exchange in Germany.
It was funny to watch people go full mathematic expert to find the perfect balance between drinking enough to not order many drinks inside the club and not to much to not be stopped by the security guys.

Clubbing is good if there's a dj you like playing or an event that has a regular crowd which makes it like a family as everyone knows each other

"If you're not with Connor...", Connor's goto being Fortnite dancing, Connor's body being able to sober up enough to allow him to drink more, then doing the exact same thing again each killed me individually.

I remember my mom and my sister dragged me to a nightclub in DC even though i repeatedly told them i didn't want to go, and go figure i had a horrible time. It was boiling hot, i was 18 so i couldn't even get drunk, and everyone was the most normie of normie people there. After i left i got even more salty when i realized that otacon was like one street away, and one of my favorite artist was performing (shing02).

I like clubbing because I just enjoy dancing with my friends, I don't need drinks either so it's quite cheap for me. I rarely go though (maybe twice a year) because I'm introverted and it takes me so much to actually want to go out and stay up that late.
I have auditory processing issues so I'll never even need to go to a club to not understand a word that's being said

Clubbing was enjoyable from 19-20 pre game before hand. When I was old enough be be able to drink- I was over it.
Clubbing is only good when listening to true artists that make a good set they really like and not what other they think people want to hear. Techno, Psytrance etc. Are doing it really well
I think it depends on if you like dancing. I love dancing so I don’t go often but I still like it usually have a good time when I go.
That said, I do think it’s strange when people go EVERY weekend.

Clubbing is fun when you enjoy the music and people. And yes the spontaneity of it makes it a blast. We left it when the music turned to stuff we didn’t like.

As someone with Autism, clubs are just sensory overload for me, I've never done it and anything I have done that came somewhat close I didnt enjoy and probably gave me a splitting headache.

Went to a club where I used to live and it was fucking dead and quiet. There were tons of people but nothing exciting was happening. In highschool my friends and classmates would talk about their adventures at that club. I go there and it feels like a funeral.

Clubbing is only enjoyable if you actually met someone fun there which is really rare based on my experience. From where im from, most people who goes there already have friends or bf/gf with them so they dont exactly mingle with strangers much unless their alone and/or specifically looking for a hook up. Its just an expensive way to listen to music with a very small chance to meet someone.

With the right people clubbing can be pretty funny... But then again, I can have similar fun with the same people if I just buy some beers and meet up with them to be quite honest. Only difference is that I can actually talk to them without yelling while paying like 1/4th of the price for the booze.
