I've been considering one of these on-camera devices for years, but eventually ended up sticking to my Tascam DR-60 mkII. It can be used the same way, but it's more finneky.
The DR-60 is pretty nice. I was considering getting one myself. I like my DR-40, but it can be a little bit of a hassle… and it can eat batteries.
I could use this!
The sound isn’t quite as good as my external recorder… but it simplifies the workflow quite a bit.
what is your opinion about comica linkflex ?
I haven’t had the opportunity to try any of the linkflex products.
@@gearheadchannel Its tough for me to choose Between CVM-AX3 and Linkflex.
Does this work with Sony alpha
It should work with any camera that has a mic level 1/8” input. I personally use it on an a6300.
