Don't do any scan on your own trying to save Rs. 200 consultation fees. Visit a doctor and do as per his advice that would save you a lot of money

In Government it is free, private la scheme la kooda pannuvanga and it varies from hospital. I am not sure of exact rate
@@draravindaiimsdelhi I visited govt hospital but they said they do open surgery only since I'm trying for police exams I won't be selected if I do open surgery.
For hernia which anesthesia is used
If it is laparoscopic hernia, general anaesthesia is used, if it is open, then spinal anaesthesia
