    Just moved out of that county. Lots of corrupt power structures. My old neighborhood had 16 home invasions and it turned out the cops were in on it. They were using CI's to grab the stuff in broad daylight using U-Hauls, and fencing through the pawn shops and computer repair stores. When I got hit, I found my stuff in 3 places and ultimately got an arrest warrant on my own for one punk I caught red handed,....only to have the cops protect him. I was told "he's not your guy".
    Terrible county, full of elitism and corruption. the Rochester diocese was going bankrupt due to high numbers of payouts for child abuse, and the state comptroller ( DiNapoli )bailed them out with a multi-million dollar contract handing out covid relief funds to landlords.....what could possibly go wrong ?
    Our governor Hochul seized the bank account of the Seneca Nation and grabbed 500 million, and gave it to the richest guy in the state to build a stadium for a sports team. Even the most liberal SC Justice cited a papal bull when she (Ginsberg) authored a decision against the Oneida in Sherrill vs Oneida.
    The politicals earn their points by beating up the Natives, and feeding mobs, gangs, and uber wealthy Oligarchy.

    If she can choose not to prosecuted herself, why TF didn’t she follow the cops commands, take the ticket and make it go away when it arrives at her Office? Obviously that is reprehensible and I do not condone that. My point is allowing herself to be on BWC in the way she did, is the worst possible choice she given her options. Ego is a severely self destructive emotion…

    Why wasn't she charged with obstruction? Why wasn't she charged with fleeing? Why wasn't a felony traffic stop initiated? Why wasn't she charged with reckless driving? Why wasn't she charged with resisting without violence? Because she is the DA and as far as cops are concerned, above the law. The officer did good, but not good enough.

      Obstruction involves using or threatening force, intimidation, or threats in our state. Just being a Karen isn't actionable. Freedom of speech.

    • @iancampbell1316
      @iancampbell1316 Месяц назад

      @@thomasryan2679 Obstruction is any intentional interference. It can be but does not have to be physical. When she went into the house after the officer told her not to is a physical threat to the officer's safety. She could have and as the DA likely did have weapons in the house. Also, ,calling the officer's watch commander as the DA to end a lawful traffic stop is a direct threat to the officer's career. I'd say that is obstruction anywhere.
