Zanar Aesthetics i feel the same way about 10 also except for my fave FF it’s a tie between 6 and 10, but for the remake project after 7 I feel they should work on either 8 or 6 and under imo mostly 8 because of how they have pretty much neglected it then later 10 or continue the story of 10 which if I’m not mistaken has been hinted
Im begging for an 8 remake because of how beautiful of a love story it told and how memorable the story would be in modern times with voice acting and FINALLY facial emotions cuz the characters in that game had tons of personality but couldn't be shown not even in the remaster of it (wich was poorly done)
Interesting idea. I FFX is also my favorite Final Fantasy, but I don't really see how it would benefit from a remake. The game holds up pretty well, and I think that some minor tweaks (skippable cutscenes, removal of some annoying minigames, etc.) are more necessary rather than a full-blown remake. That's how I see it anyway.
@@manthedan4828 honestly i feel the same way about a ffx remake. hell i always said i would love an ff7 remake with all original systems in-tact but with voice acting and ffx graphics. i love beautiful graphics but i always felt like ffx had a good medium of long and fleshed out story with a vast world and pretty good praphics. I dont like it when game developers have to compromise one for the other and i felt ffx way a good way to show you didnt have to do it much. I wish they stuck with this formula. FFXV was beautiful but the story felt rushed and its actually pretty short if you just run through it. FFX was a great way to show you can have an amazing and long story as well as plenty of side things to do.
Greatest game of all time and THE reason I'm a game artist. This is the pinnacle.m still to this day. Thank you from my heart and hope that a game nearly as good is created once again. In a nutshell: because they lost the vanilla source code long ago and also there may be some license issues with OST songs like "Eyes on Me", because even Dissidia soundtrack includes version without original singer vocals.
1- The Source Code was lost 2- Back in the day got alot of backlash (thing that has subdued) 3- It was made in a rush and like 35-40% of the story was unimplemented (they probably want to remake it) 4- Square-Enix management sucks & they take forever in one project

FFX is my favorite game of all time. It has stuck with me and had an effect on me my whole life. ❤️ The art, the music, the gameplay, the story. It’s perfection. I would love to meet with and chat with these game devs! 😭 I hope the success of FFVII remake leads to FFX remake.
This game really grabbed me, I think part of it was the fact that the character started the story as unknowingly about his world as the player, it was very satisfying watching Tidus fumble and learn about this new world. I would totally be onboard for a true remake ala FF7-remake.

Final Fantasy It occupies a place in my heart, this video game was given to me next to the PS2 my grandparents and every time I play I feel that there is a part of them every time I spent with this video game. Final Fantasy X I have completed it on PS2, PS3 and PS4.
I remember playing this when i was about 11, i got stuck and couldn’t beat Seymour. I then picked up the remaster for PS4 and finally finished it. What a game! 😎
Great games both FFX and FFX-2. I'm glad you took those risks. And I was stuck playing blitzball for ever. I had to force myself to finish the great storyline and then went ball to continue blitzball. Thank you for a job well done. I could feel the love and passion of the creators in the game.

I don't remember if it was ever pronunced though, but I'm pretty damn sure the game named him "Tidus". They even made a few gags about this (like him not remembering his real name at the start because "he never heard anyone call him by his name before" lol).
Un chouette documentaire comme d'habitude, particulièrement pour les aspirations artistiques (dommage qu'il n'y avait aucun intervenant pour parler vraiment des influences de la narration). I rented FF X from block buster when it first released and played it all night. My brother and his friend said "You're dumb for renting an RPG for only 1 week." I never regretted doing that. It gave me the same sense of wonder and infatuation like the first time playing VII and IX. I remember that so vividly. X will always have a special place in my heart. It's music was incredible too.

Kimarhri dies by protecting Yuna by the hands of Seymour and then it shows flash back scene when Yuna was little and Kimarhri protecting her all the time. Tidus officially dies by protecting Yuna from the hands of Seymour. Yuna release her anger and defeats Seymour. Yuna sits next to Tidus hold his hand with a emotional and depressing conversation as Tidus slowly dies. Hi. When I was a child I thought the game was girly and I told my parents to bring it back to the store. I have this memory for a while I was stuck in the roadway of Zanarkand, I couldn't understand the controls and I was crying. I ended up playing FFX again now Remastered, I finished it about a month ago now 26 years old, 21 years later. It touched my soul deeply, this game is really magical.
I watched this a few years back with subtitles. Now I'm watching it again, but this time I speak Japanese, crazy. lol These 4 years went by so damn quick.

I know someone from Square once mentioned that Final Fantasy X-3 is a possibility in the future but there are no plans yet. Since the audio drama has been released and declared as offical sequel to X-2 Last Mission/The Book the Story could be continued there but do we really need it? The 100% Ending and Last Mission in X-2 have a very closed and finalised ending, maybe they shouldn't touch this world anymore. On the other hand it would be nice to see Yuna & Co. in 8k resolution on a modern hardware.

Hm.. I played 7 and 9 on the PS and loved it, so did i with 10 on PS2. Very good old memories! But 8? I never felt any connection with this game, for me its the worst out of the four.
Ffx has a Beautiful and deep story ,the world of Spyra is very poetic but i don't understand what happened to their faces in the hd .. ( tidus, yuna 😕 why ? )
The original faces were made to please Western audiences, however the entire concept of the game revolves around the East, the new faces were made to match that concept.

I know that some not from Square Enix, but maybe you have some influence on other companies.
Greatest game of all time. 世界で一番ビデオゲームです。 The only thing that FFX-2 had on it was the ATB over the CTB. ATB is the best. I still say Tai-dus, even though Tee-dus is closer to the Japanese (Tiida). The ending scene absolutely made me cry. I wept when Yuna was whistling in Luca, even the second or third time seeing it.
The last great FF game. The reason they lost their magic after this one is because they forgot what made FF so great for us. For 7, it was not only Aerith’s death scene but as the audience realizing that Cloud faked everyone including himself when he found oit he was nothing but a lower tier soldier. For 8, it was when you realize that Squall stopping the main villain was nothing more than an infinite loop, and the she will rise over and over again. In 9, well I personally didn’t like it much. I couldn’t get over the child like faces everyone had. But it’s a good game. And 10, when Tidus passes away. That was were the tears rolled through. Each of the games were extremely convoluted, but the average player can overall have a quality experience AND then decide to explore the worlds mythos if further interested. Basically each of these games had great character development and a complex and rich world. Unfortunately for some reason after 10, the graphics might be nicer, and gameplay interesting, but it misses those two special ingredients that makes it a truly FF game.
It's mainly because they started changing genres. Final Fantasy is a series of AAA Turn-Based RPGs. If it doesn't fit that description, then it isn't Final Fantasy. Final Fantasy 7 is my 2nd-favorite game of all time, and I am not the least bit interested in playing the """remake""" (heavy emphasis on the quotes), unless they add some kind of Turn-Based mode that they haven't told us about yet. In fact, I've boycotted all Final Fantasy products (shirts, figures, soundtracks, etc) ever since FF7R was revealed to be an action-bastardization.
Guruthos Amarthruin action rpgs weren’t bad I absolutely loved Crisis Core. But again the secret of Final Fantasy’s game was to leave a wow moment. It was a combination of a rich story, memorable cast, great music, and intricate gameplay. Graphics were also another strength it has. But now, all the emphasis is put on the graphics and music and a “easy” gameplay that not enough care is given to the story.
Error, final fantasy XII is another masterpiece, has a very good story, the problem was that need more interaction between the protagonists. FF 1 to 10 are great games for all interactions, FFXII is more war plot.
Yori Channel I’ll give this game another chance. I remember Balthier being a super amazing character. But everyone else I didn’t really bother carrying about. Especially Vaan and his girlfriend.
I really wanted a skip cutscenes button. Why was such a thing not implemented? The Kingdom hearts series had that for the first game remaster. Perhaps they couldnt be bothered?

These 4 years went by so damn quick.
That was a great game. I had this from the ps2 but it's hard moving on on a tree thing. And i did play before with remastered.

final fantasy x it's among game but also my jrpg and final fantasy favorite. it's game to go trought my emotion, pain, joy, angry, and rather sad. it's game was succeful me cry after finish game. before i don't cry never movie, game anything. thank game it's me give cry whatever memorable scene like scene macalania where yuna and tidus kiss and scene tidus dissapear and yuna to tell speech when see flashback tidus i cry like baby. it's game it's best game overtime which game. thank for that square . i french your game it's game occupies a place in my heart

I know someone from Square once mentioned that Final Fantasy X-3 is a possibility in the future but there are no plans yet. Since the audio drama has been released and declared as offical sequel to X-2 Last Mission/The Book the Story could be continued there but do we really need it? The 100% Ending and Last Mission in X-2 have a very closed and finalised ending, maybe they shouldn't touch this world anymore. On the other hand it would be nice to see Yuna & Co. in 8k resolution on a modern hardware.

It´s maybe strange, but my Final Fantasy journey starts with FFX-2 and I loved it, after this I played FFX and I was so confused in the second temple - before I could continue I ordered the strategy guide XD I think I will play it again, but this time I ill start with X :-D

I played 7 and 9 on the PS and loved it, so did i with 10 on PS2. Very good old memories!
But 8? I never felt any connection with this game, for me its the worst out of the four.

Ffx has a Beautiful and deep story ,the world of Spyra is very poetic but i don't understand what happened to their faces in the hd .. ( tidus, yuna 😕 why ? )
The original faces were made to please Western audiences, however the entire concept of the game revolves around the East, the new faces were made to match that concept.

The only thing that FFX-2 had on it was the ATB over the CTB. ATB is the best.
I still say Tai-dus, even though Tee-dus is closer to the Japanese (Tiida).
The ending scene absolutely made me cry. I wept when Yuna was whistling in Luca, even the second or third time seeing it.

The last great FF game.
The reason they lost their magic after this one is because they forgot what made FF so great for us.
For 7, it was not only Aerith’s death scene but as the audience realizing that Cloud faked everyone including himself when he found oit he was nothing but a lower tier soldier.
For 8, it was when you realize that Squall stopping the main villain was nothing more than an infinite loop, and the she will rise over and over again.
In 9, well I personally didn’t like it much. I couldn’t get over the child like faces everyone had. But it’s a good game.
And 10, when Tidus passes away. That was were the tears rolled through.
Each of the games were extremely convoluted, but the average player can overall have a quality experience AND then decide to explore the worlds mythos if further interested.
Basically each of these games had great character development and a complex and rich world.
Unfortunately for some reason after 10, the graphics might be nicer, and gameplay interesting, but it misses those two special ingredients that makes it a truly FF game.

It's mainly because they started changing genres. Final Fantasy is a series of AAA Turn-Based RPGs. If it doesn't fit that description, then it isn't Final Fantasy. Final Fantasy 7 is my 2nd-favorite game of all time, and I am not the least bit interested in playing the """remake""" (heavy emphasis on the quotes), unless they add some kind of Turn-Based mode that they haven't told us about yet.
In fact, I've boycotted all Final Fantasy products (shirts, figures, soundtracks, etc) ever since FF7R was revealed to be an action-bastardization.
Guruthos Amarthruin action rpgs weren’t bad I absolutely loved Crisis Core. But again the secret of Final Fantasy’s game was to leave a wow moment. It was a combination of a rich story, memorable cast, great music, and intricate gameplay. Graphics were also another strength it has. But now, all the emphasis is put on the graphics and music and a “easy” gameplay that not enough care is given to the story.
Error, final fantasy XII is another masterpiece, has a very good story, the problem was that need more interaction between the protagonists. FF 1 to 10 are great games for all interactions, FFXII is more war plot.
Yori Channel I’ll give this game another chance. I remember Balthier being a super amazing character. But everyone else I didn’t really bother carrying about. Especially Vaan and his girlfriend.

Andre Natanael I read the 2.5 and it made me laugh so hard.
*FFX-3 Rikku and Paine are teaching the young Ronsos on how to become sphere hunters. Kurgam betrayed the groups. Auron comes back as a ghost to help his daughter Chuami in a death battle. Seymour is the main antagonist and comes back to life. Kurgam helps Seymour and revives Sin and the world goes back to collapse. Kimarhri dies by protecting Yuna by the hands of Seymour and then it shows flash back scene when Yuna was little and Kimarhri protecting her all the time. Tidus officially dies by protecting Yuna from the hands of Seymour. Yuna release her anger and defeats Seymour. Yuna picks up and sit next to Tidus with a emotional and depressing conversation as Tidus slowly dies. The next couple of days, Yuna goes into depression and Yuna decided to take her own life and follow Tidus to the Farplane where both of them live happily ever after in the Farplane.*
*FFX-3 coming in 2030.*
