Seeing this after the Terry reveal, there's a lot of unique Moveset potential here that people haven't given attention to yet. I'm super excited to see how Sakurai translates him into the Smash environment. Super hyped for November!
@@2Dee4ever oh yeah definitely..I mean if that comes to pass, then he's literally the obvious choice and the first snk rep to come to smash and can have same mechanic as Ryu/Ken where inputs make his attacks the upgraded versions (multi gyser, bigger power wave etc)
One is an OVA original, them doing it together is fan service. The other is from NGBC. All the other moves have appeared in source material, the properties though may vary as this is a fan game.
Shame sprite work is apparently too expensive for big name games these days. I really want to play this! Love everything about it especially the team supers, the background, and the art style.

I see you made his "Burn Knuckle" a lot quicker in this ;) I prefer the way he sounds for "Rising Tackle" and "Power Dunk" in Real Bout Fatal Fury Special. Sounds more menacing and destructible but is probably a different voice actor than this one you utilized. Sweet job man.

I can already see power wave as projectile. Soundwave as down air. Burn knuckle as forward dash attack. Crack shoot as forward air. Fire kick as ground down neutral attack and stream and storm as final smash. I also hope he gets his own song just like joker.
Power Wave is most likely his Neutral B. Burning Knuckle comes out while stationary in the quick demo, so most likely Down B or Side B. Rising Tackle or Crack Shoot seem like up-b recovery moves maaaybe? But the one not used will probably be a up aerial.

I'm really curious as to what new mechanic he will bring to Smash Ultimate. Joker has rebel guard, Hero has RNG and Banjo has a 5 use limit on his side b. Every character seems to have a new and unique attack along with their inclusion. I'm hyped to see Bogards.
That is the plan. All of this is practice for that. Not only do I want to recreate all of the sagas from every series. I also want to create an original plot for the project.
If you're doing this six button style, why not put rising upper as his crouch medium punch? Terry isn't really a c.MP linking kind of character anyway; he relies mostly on standing normals for that kind of thing. You can make close fierce, crouch mp into a target combo/chain if you want, too.

What Terry would be using crouching MP for, as a button to just cancel into other similar moves, he can effectively also do with FP.

Well, here it’s a bit different than the retro move. In the earlier games it went a short distance forward before destroying itself in a round like shape.
Andy from Real Bout games would make a better base for this than the KoF one. You're changing their palettes completely anyway so it's the same which base you use, you're not using KoF Terry either anyway. KoF looks so out of place with CvS, way too noticeable. Unless you're at the least using a 6 button KoF Andy and you have no way around it. Yes a 6 button Andy does exist in M.U.G.E.N. maybe even more than one.
Are you familiar with spritesets? Sprite count/animations are not the same by a long shot. Run animation? @@2Dee4ever A mugen guy saying a character from a different franchise lacking some system sprites can't have CvS playstyle, the sparks and explods and even the grooves? Warusaki needs to be told that joke. And yeah I admit it'd be a lot of work and probably would need some sprite edits to make the SFF work no ones saying it would need to be a 15 mins sprite swap. But after that it would still work better cause Fatal Fury characters don't really look good in KoF style. Also that Fighters Generation link is only showing the FFRB sprites would also be big enough to fit in with CvS ones too without even having to filter and scale them. (Yeah it took me 3 years to show up, had better stuff to do than mugen lately)
