Harrier squadrons were/are VMA not VMFA and VMFA-312, which currently flies the F/A-18C, never operated either the Harrier or Harrier II.

You’re 100% correct. The VMFA-312 in the title is a reference to my DCS squadron, which does fly the F18. I include it just to say I was flying with them, not alone
