How to Make Wired CarPlay, wireless CarPlay. I added wireless CarPlay to my 2022 Toyota GR86. Installing a wireless CarPlay adapter is as simple as plugging it into the wired CarPlay port. You can ditch the worn-out apple cord, and go WIRELESS.

No problems! And it connects right away when I get in my car no issues :)

Does the U2-X only provide wireless CarPlay? Or does it allow you to access Netflix as well. They have like 4-5 different boxes on their website and they don’t really explain the differences between each model

can you really plug it in the glove box? I can't see any usb ports there..
My bad, think it's just an auxiliary power outlet. I have an adapter, like this one: amzn.to/3CfEAs7
So I basically added 2 USB Ports for around $10 which I thought was pretty good.

If your interested in a carbon fiber wheel I suggest trying Zen Carbon Fiber. Incredible craftmanship and priced pretty much the same as any on eb. I have a custom made red carbon fiber one with the faceplate and white leather wrap. You can select from many options and make your wheel to your liking. Not a carbon copy like many others.
Won’t work inside the glove box
Why do you say that?
@ glove box has an 12v outlet port. It requires a usb port to transfer data as an input for Apple CarPlay to work.

Honestly I think this is dumb. The box is so big and the whole reason I want to get wireless is so I don’t have to have my phone take up a cup holder of take it out of my pocket. I guess this works for half of that.
