I made it twice ..first time it was amazing,..sooperaach..no raw smell...second time texture all correct ..but some raw taste of besan...what would be the reason ?.

First time it came out good ,second mine was chewy as well . Cook for a two more min with flame on, it works.

No need to roast gram flour ??? Won’t it taste raw if not roasted??
It won't taste raw coz it gets cooked a little bit when we add the hot ghee and oil mixture...

Oil is not required if you can add Ghee. Surprised if Krishna sweets add oil to Mysore pak
Gram flour roast panna tha perfect mysore pac kidaikum
Hai , tried and came out superb, but there was a raw smell in spite of adding the flour to heated ghee oil mixture. How to avoid that raw smell dear?
First You can dry roast the besan in low heat for 3-5 mts.
