Kerry gold is my favorite butter too.I have never made lemon curd.does it actually smell yolks or only lemon.my family loves lemony desserts but I am afraid they don't like anything that smells yolk
if you pour the butter/lemon in slowly then the curd should not taste yolky. also be careful when you put it on the stove to only cook on low for a few minutes. if the mixture does split on the stove, then you might need to throw in an extra egg yolk to help with the emulsion and strain the mix to make sure bits of cooked egg are in your curds.

You can always freeze them. I put mine in Glad bags (aka: sandwich bags, freezer bags) and freeze them. Then defrost to make a meringue or whatever I want.

+Jante cream cheese has a light tang, and is made from pasteurised whole cow's milk with extra cream added to it. Mascarpone is technically not a cheese, it's a form of cream thickened with acid. It's lightly sweet, soft, creamy and has a real fresh flavor and satiny texture.
