Great vlog! So for use of the premium plan in latin america where free coverage is included , do I need to turn in the roaming feature on the phone?
I recently switched from T-Mobile to AT&T and my cellular services suck. I feel that I disconnect more often than I do connect. So far, T-Mobile has been better. And that is with me traveling through 5 different states.
I just switched to AT&T from T-Mobile. I can’t even open any apps without it saying network can’t be found at my job ugh. T-mobile network was great but that monthly bill was ridiculous smh. Can’t win for nothing when it comes to these phone companies.

I have had AT&T for decades. My company offers a great discount and have never had a single issue with them.
I have AT&T and I used to be on my brothers Verizon plan for many years I live in North MS close to the TN state line. For me, Verizon coverage across north MS and west TN wasn’t terrible but their were some dead spots. AT&T has less dead spots around here. However, I went to visit my brother in Colorado and he still has Verizon and gets great coverage up there. AT&T definitely has some dead spots if your aren’t downtown Denver. As far as coverage, for the most part, you can’t go wrong with AT&T. It just depends on where you live.
I don’t have AT & T . The number one reason for me is censoring and freedom of speech . They are a Soviet Style ran business. Why quench and oppress peoples choices of news
Out west Verizon is better but east of the Mississippi AT&T has come a long way. Great coverage

I'm a trucker and have both AT&T and T-Mobile and T-Mobile has beat ATT in reception in most areas.
Don't change to att they suck and charge way to much and they go out alot up to weeks on end
AT&T not processing my traid in credits. First they say wait for three months, so I been paying the phone's installment, and I been calling them, every time I call and check on it they said every thing is set just wait for the third bill. Now comes the third bill... they first said they never receive my phone and then after I told them I got confirmation that you got it, they said the phone it's not eligible. How would I know if it's not eligible or not???
Before I send in the phones, I called at&t and they check my phone and told me it's OK and that it's eligible and that's why and how I got the box from them to send my phones in.
Now they still charging me for the phones that's advertised to be free with trade in.
Now I am asking for my phone back and they wouldn't give it back yet they still expect me to pay for this FREE phone.
And I talked to Chelsea B supposedly a supervisor or manager, who shut off the chat on me.
Can anymore help me on this matter???

AT&T is repeatedly installing unwanted software on my phone that is difficult to uninstall. Online forums of people specifically asking how to uninstall it show AT&T responding with sales-pitchy garbage about it being a news app, no information on how to uninstall or block it, and a strange mention that it "can be" uninstalled.
About the "perks"... those make no bearing on my choice for a carrier. Free streaming services for a period of time isn't enough to sway my carrier choice. Coverage and access is the most important thing to me.

I got a discount through my job for a grocery store company and they have deals on all 3 carriers but went with AT&T instead. I have the highest plan and if my phone was paid off it would be 80 a month but still paying my iPhone off so 115 a month. But not bad. I mainly switched to them for overall coverage. Tried Visible before I switched.
Better update this video to mention that Premium/Elite is no longer prioritized over the other plans like it used to be. No reason to pay for it now
At&t's TRADEOFFER23 (any Samsung Galaxy) is $800 credit now provided a 3rd party value it over $130 (so old phones won't qualify). Says any condition, but not true as anything can cut it to $350 credit (scratch on case, bezel, screen burn-in, bad pixels, etc.). Bait and switch basically from what they say before you start the actual trade-in process. I've spent hours on att support phone/chat lines working to cancel my order so hope this helps others.

Their staff are incompetent- canceled my phone line without asking, then couldn’t undo their mistake without forcing me to reapply despite being a paying customer. Jumping through hoops and credit checks to get back my line that they accidentally shut off is unacceptable. On top of that the agreed to billing amount is never fixed the rate goes up every month even though we got the everything plan, and there’s barely ever signal even in LA. Don’t use AT&T
I'll add another con. AT&T has pretty much whitelisted every foreign phone so that they are no longer compatible with their network. I've even heard that some Samsung or older Apple and Oneplus phones may no longer be compatible. So no Huawei, Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Umidigi, Oukitel, Nuu, Doogee, Lenovo, Asus, etc etc.

I filed a complaint with fcc over the phone trade in not actually coming off the price of the new phone as I was told. Lies. It's spread over the life of your contract. Don't be fooled.
I have two cell phones under Optimum Mobile, where each one is $20 unlimited everything for life. I highly doubt if I ever leave them considering I yet to find a better deal. Having said that, I do have two $20 Unlimited AT&T tablet plans. Those are great plans from AT&T where someone just wants data at a good price. I do wish AT&T had faster speeds, but I believe that will only improve with time. I also hope my AT&T tablet plans remain the same for years to come.

I’ve been with AT&T since they purchased Cingular. Never really had any issues and reception is usually pretty good.

I used to pay $200 for 4 lines and phones with Tmobile.
I switched to at&t and got $1000 (CREDIT) $5 a month for 100 years to trade my phone. Now I pay $400 with att .

Their My ATT app is the worst. Everytime its upgraded it becomes less and less useable. Currently searching on how to turn my kids data off. Use to be able to easily do this but theyve made it impossible to do so. Wish we had never moved away from Verizon

I just switched from t mobile to at&t & so far its better than t mobile. Great coverage. Waaay more bars on signal strength,all bars at all times. I don't care about perks, just good phone coverage.
I canceled my AT&T home internet over one month ago. Sent all equipment back Have receipts from ups. They are trying to charge me $600 for early termination. When I was with them for 19 years, do not trust them.
I really enjoy AT&T service though it would be great if they included taxes and fees other than that I’m cool with being a AT&T customer with or without perks

Make sure you add international calling feature or your bill will be ridiculous. I’m an AT&T store manger we deal with this a lot when people travel outside of Canada USA and Mexico
I thought it was automatic the all north American all local plan. I go frequently to Mexico and use my service the same as I was here in the USA. And I have not been charged no roaming fees or anything??

I've been with AT&T since day 1 when they bought out *Cingular Wireless* actually. I've never used any other provider. I currently have the *AT&T Unlimited "Extra" plan.* (With HBO Max) The service has done the job for me. So I haven't ever really looked into switching. I was with Cingular Wireless since 1998. And then when AT&T bought them out in 2006, I have been with them to this very day. So a full 25 years now counting the Cingular days. 🙂
Same story here. Cingular in '99 and stayed with AT&T after acquisition. But I left them in 2021. Long story short, their focus lies solely on acquiring new accounts. They don't care about longstanding customers and they don't make any concessions. I do miss the free HBO Max though. That's a great perk.

Restocking fee is standard with most major providers, my bill has been the exact same amount with AT&T every month, store staff have been good in my experience,

Att is the best they have the best deals and the capability to be the cheapest if you have the right bundle and discount
Also the best service especially since the government funding from the first net contract for tower build
Att is following political influences.. instead of just business...they spend alot of money lobbying, getting into political agendas that will affect you in the future and your children future(google it)

I wish everyone was as honest as you. Att is the biggest unethical company that is still in business. Just look at thier trouble shooting page. Its filled with complaints of how the company had screwed someone over and MOST of the time it was a billing issue and that makes sense. This company is FULL is crooked sales agents that will say ANYTHING (and i do mean anything because this one dude told me I could get four lines of unlimited for 140 but in reality he was a damn liar he KNOW he was promising something that he probably couldn’t deliver on) to obtain a new customer. The best thing is if you have a billing issue there is NO WAY AT ALL to contact anyone who can do anything to remedy the situation because they don’t WANT to give you money back even if it was taken unethically They had decent data speeds which is the only reason I assume that many customers stay when this poor excuse for a company changes their bill at random. But they have millions to spend on advertising so they must be good right?

I was with ATT but for some reason all my Chinese brands phone stop working. Even the phone has 5g. So switch to TMobile it's way cheaper plus I got Netflix 2 screens but the funny is my HBO MIX still working even I don't have ATT anymore
5 lines is the most we can get on ATT. Unlimited plans at 260 a month.

Big is take, I was a metropcs customer for so many years, I felt because those good deals the AT&T offer. I had to lose close to $2000 and go back to metro. first bill over $500, next over $300, now they took over $1200, from my account + my old 2 cells, I had to make for a month almost without food,

Dont switch to At& t. I have been with them for years and they have become very dishonest. The sales men will tell you that they will give you the trade in money ,but they will not and they lie about when shipping orders. Run away from att. There customer service is absolutely terrible now also.

I'd say that's a pretty big deal.
I have 3 lines in the old unlimited Elite with HBO Max. That makes it $50 a line with truly unlimited data and great international coverage.
You can go to Mexico or South America and use it like you do in the US with no fear of overages or any data caps. And if there is 4G or 5G you get that too.
HBO Max is coming back this year to ATT wireless plans as stated by ATT. Likely once the new service comes out this spring that has HBO Max and Discovery combined.

One reason you should not. Travel from Louisiana to NC and zero service available. I plug into my daughter’s internet and no service, she has ATT! My cell has a Puerto Rico area code, but have been in Louisiana for 3-4 years. So ATT is perhaps the worst service company available. But, Jan is around the corner!
Internet air is so ass…100ms avg response time with like 100mbps download with a very tiny bit of upload..no upgrades for DSL and no fiber available yet…ATT just sucks

I am cancelling ATT. I recently got a plan through ATT at Costco. I have the signed contract. The rate wa to be $112. They have billed me $174. They refuse to acknowledge the ATT contract saying you should never use ATT at Costco because they really don’t represent ATT. Screw them. Do not switch to ATT. Since they monopolized, bought up all their competitors, they have full control over the customers. They raise their rates, but do not invest in service. Like all the other big corporations they only care about shareholders. Imagine having great service 20 years ago, and the service getting progressively worse, and pricing progressively more expensive.
