Hi from Scotland. Thank you so much for this fab tutorial which I just loved. The photography is brilliant and it's great that the photographer got so close to the sewing machine which shows the detail close up. I have wanted to make a bow tie for my husband so his bow tie can match the colour of my dress when we go on to our cruise. Thank you again. Kind regards.

I'm currently working on an Edwardian-inspired ensemble. I've made a hat, shirt, and waistcoat. I have a whole bunch of this beautiful purple satin left over from the waistcoat, and I think it would make a wonderful bow tie for this ensemble. I think I'll try following this tutorial for it and see how it goes.

7 1/2 x 12 Standard Size for bow part was too large for 4 year old. I cut mock sizes with paper.
10 x 6 1/2 worked for me. I watched 10+ tutorials on making bow ties. This one was the best! What a difference the fusible interfacing made! Professional results! Thank you!
