try both shapes on yourself and decide wich one you like better :) For the molds you can easily use plaster, it's way cheaper than silicone and will do a great job. Don't forget to line your nipples to get those extra thin edges, that was a weird sentence lol I hope it helps :)

It does not tolerate heat, maybe use silicone instead
