The main Hatsune Miku vocaloid is japanese, but by tuning it correctly you can use the japanese voicebank to make her sound kind of like she is speaking English. But there’s also an official English voicebank, which isn’t as popular. Not sure which one is used here

Miku got an English voicebank over 9 years ago under the V3 Engine and later got one under the V4 engine. People gave been able to make her sing or talk English with her Japanese voicebank. Unless the original producer tells us which voicebank was used, it is hard to tell which one was used.

It’s fairly easy to understand, The “Welsh” are the true British another words, and the English are converts.

Unless Wales floated off into the sea recently, it is part of the British isles.
British people are considered snobs and elitists, because of their common accents and voice registers that are often portrayed that way. Same way someone with a Brooklyn accent is considered mean and rude. Lots of parts of the world are like that; Germans and Russians are considered angry and aggressive, Canadians are considered slow of speech and mind, the French are all depicted as rude and antisocial.

Geography has a lot to do with it, since America is geographically convenient to both East Asia and Western Europe, where most of the first world countries resided around 1900, and America at the time was economically inviting, whether voluntary or somewhat coerced, to ethnic diversity.
I'm aware that some British people don't want to accept that Hollywood is the hub of English-speaking media, because English originates from England, but that's the reality. People living in New England, Canada, the American South, Australia, etc. may take similar offense to how their accent is perceived, but that doesn't excuse ignorance.
