So, as best we can tell for now:
ARTMS will feature more unit(s) including HeeJin and HaSeul, but no announcement has been made about what to expect. Of course, the full OT5 ARTMS will debut too, probably before the end of the year. From the members' social media, changes to some of their representative animals: JinSoul is no longer 🐟, she is now 🐯. HeeJin is no longer 🐰, she is now 🐉. Choerry is no longer 🦇, she is now 🐿. Kim Lip was principle lyricist for "Air Force One" and has ambitions to continue songwriting going forward. JinSoul has been working with Jaden Jeong on ARTMS A&R (concepts, staging and production). The members are eager to revisit the songs from the never-released La Maison LOONA album, and Jaden Jeong is working on updating them for the new lineup. They are also all open to the potential of reuniting with other LOONA members, but from comments in the new NME interview, it doesn't sound like it will be soon.
Chuu will almost certainly be continuing her busy schedule as well as debuting as a soloist soon (her channel on WeVerse opened last week). She has not said anything yet about collaborating with the other members.
Yves conclusively said that she is going to be a soloist, but has not yet signed with a new agency. She hasn't ruled out a reunion with other members but it doesn't seem to be high on her priority list.
The members who have signed with CTD E&M are very likely to form a new group. YeoJin alluded to that in comments on social media, where she said she had considered using a stage name "in the new group" but decided against it. She has changed her representative animal from 🐸 to 🐻. Also, Olivia Hye has stopped using that stage name, which she never liked, and is now going by her birth name HyeJu. No one has said anything about an ARTMS/CTD group reunion, however the members remain close, and HyunJin, YeoJin and ViVi all attended the Odd Eye Circle showcase.

Yes, HaSeul is definitely included in ARTMS. She signed with Modhaus just three days after her contract with BlockBerry was suspended by the court.

It's just so nice to have them back. If you've been there from the early days, then you know. Our girls have been through so much, to have a comeback as good as this just makes me so happy for them
OEC are back with jaden who created the loonaverse, so the story is still very related to previous work.
