I owned a 2003 525 EXC for almost 20 years and did much the same as you are now experiencing. The garbage dumping situation has been getting worse over my 50 years of experience. I can’t believe anyone could possibly have the gall to do such a thing. It’s very interesting to see Australia from your perspective. Very well done video. Cheers from Washington state USA.
What an awesome video!! Love it. I’m inspired to buy a 500. I just recently purchased a 2024 KTM250XC for my general type of fast and technical singles. It’s a weapon of a bike.. but I’ve been looking for a lightweight adventure bike. Just to head out for a massive day with a few lads .. Have you set up the bike with a Cush drive? It’s worth it if you plan on doing some road kms. There is also a really awesome low auxiliary tank that adds 8L . It means that you leave your standard tank on and keep the weight low
@michaelwalas5948 The bike is quite setup now. You can watch my later videos to see what I've done to it. The 8L auxiliary tank is something I love the look of, even with the upgraded 15L tank I have now.
I live in the U.S. and it`s the way here, assholes leave their trash all over... I was taught that you only take pictures and you leave only tracks... Thank you for showing us the beautiful North Queensland terrain...

@sailor7557 I have a 525 and a 450, both the RFS model the same as you owned. Great bikes!
Thanks for your support.
Thx. I’m in Townsville and your videos are handy ‘pre-ride’ viewings 👍🏻
Dude eff yeah bro 🙌🙌🙌 I love the video
Really good Vid production , what a great days ride .
Appreciate it mate!
good vid :)
thumbs up from Ca
I NEED a KTM 500 excf :(
Ceers to ya.
Cool vid mate. Might have inspired me enough to dust the GoPro off and document some rides again myself.
good stuff, keep it up. I have a 22 500 I agree with the seat comment it's terrible for longer road runs
Nice style vid mate, just subbed 👍
Thanks mate glad you enjoyed it!

@@michaelwalas5948 140 - 160kms adventure riding.

@unappreciatedfew3701 Beats me what is so hard about taking your rubbish with you...
did you end up changing the tire since your 10 hour review?
Yeah I've got a video coming out soon running the Pirelli MT21. It's no enduro tyre but in the tricky stuff I was surprised with its grip!
Whats the helmet you have?
In this video a Fox V1, I have a V3 now with the same colour scheme. V3 is much better.
Put a smaller rear Sprocket on the rear. Each gear lasts longer.
Makes my blood boil people leaving rubbish about 🤬🤬🤬
Nothing worse than being out and about and enjoying nature, and you look over and find beer cans and trash 😑
