    We also forget that Soy was originally brought to our country so that Henry Ford could use it to make seat covers for the Model T. When I learned that fact, many years ago, I did my best to avoid eating products that contain soy.

    The last day I was able to speak to my mom. She gave me your book and other items she ordered from your website. 3 days later she passed away in the hospital. So I value your information on an emotional level.

    Question about sour dough breads, I know the process breaks down lectins but does it also break down oxalates? Really interesting video Dr Grundry.

    What if we eat white rice once a day with veg will it still be bad for blood sugar.

    • @GundryMDYT
      @GundryMDYT  2 месяца назад

      Hi Jeremy! While there are many great benefits of following a lectin-free diet (like a boost in energy and improved gut health!) the preference of following this lifestyle is up to you. We recommend consulting with your primary care physician to discuss a plan that works best for your health.
