How do you get away with those soldiers walking right past you without being seen? Every time I get anywhere near enemy soldiers that close they always see me :-(. I only have the Level 1 sneaking suit, which helps some. It's my first time playing it too, so I'm guessing you've got higher level gear.

be in long grass and and press x. it'll help u blend in more
Sneaking suit makes you easier to see, wear camo instead
I just got lucky to be honest
While aiming if you press the movement joystick in a direction you can roll its pretty effective
