Soak one cup beans overnight in 4 cup water
Boil in cooker
Gravy:
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Onion chopped fries 2tbsp
1 tsp adrak paste
1 tsp lahsan paste
Saute
1 tsp kashmiri chili powder
1 tsp coriander powder
2tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1/2. Tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsl turmeric
Add a bit of water and saute the spices 5 min
Add tomato puree or 3 chopped tomatoes
1 hari mirch
Add boiled beans with water
Cover for 5 min on medium low flame
Serve with Coriander and lemon
