Lettuce may have mud or worms stick to its stalk (middle white part). We need to rub gently and wash that portion too💐
Generally the ones you get in Uk USA are clean and washed. No mud or worms spotted ever.
Auntie in foreign country the fruits and veges are clean and their is no mud but in Pakistan there is alot if mud in veges and fruits so it takes time to clean

Ruby I know you are showing us the best trick for dhania i came across a new idea i found is when you buy fresh coriander you make 2 parts then wrap in tea towel and put click container and in the fridge i was so shocked to see more then 2 weeks it was completely green not single leaf turned yellow all green i was amazed

This is an amazing video.
I also had a tip about storing cilantro/mint or green leafy veges.
After washing them place them in a container with a raw egg. The protein from the egg prevents the discoloration of the veges. I have tried this and my leafy veges have never stayed more fresh 💜
