The engine and transmission reliability is insane. People buy these vehicles with 180K miles on the dash and straight up THRASH them. Yet they live on lol. Of course things like the alternator, spark plugs, hoses eventually need replacing. Common maintenance.

All fluids trans , diff , motor , spark plugs , injectors, throttle body’s , or even a compression test on every cylinder, all gaskets , etc. etc.all that’s together plays big factors in high mileage cars …. Keep it up also time for some weight reduction….. all carbon hood , trunk , even front fenders carbon with some light carbon bucket seats … I know it’s a lot but little by little 🙏🏻

The Supra is fast in this video, but imagine if he had more modifications and a bigger tune. This is actually not a fast Supra in terms of "FBO" and tune. He only has intake and hardly a tune. These cars are crazy now. You will add the big turbo and everything, but if he really wanted to, he could do port injection, add a downpipe, other supporting parts, or a slightly bigger turbo, and he could be 500 to 600whp on stock engine. I like my stock 2016 Genesis Coupe 3.8, but I am ready for the next level. It's just not worth keeping. These newer cars are too insane. I could have a 600 to 700whp daily driving car that is also good for the track, and it is comfortable to sit in.

You're not neck and neck with a Supra man. Even stock. You make at best 360 whp. They're doing 382 whp stock with a lot more torque. His transmission shifts quicker and more aggressive than yours. His car is lighter than yours and it has a much better gear ratio. You were probably neck and neck with a 2.0 Supra. They dyno like 260 whp and are even with a stock HR VQ. Also, a charge pipe barely adds any power.

Not worried about the engine light it’s just a 02 sensor but turbo kit can go from anywhere from 4-11k
