      Mine is tied to the side of my boat it's a rib 310 hard v bottom I love it.

    Oh that's why you wanted those cleats, I forgot you have the track on the toe rail. Doesn't that get in the way when the jib is fully open with the lines running over the lifelines and stanctions?

      No it don't the bottom of the jib sail resting on the safety lines at full sail is very normal it's just part of it if you look at my past sailing videos you should see how the jib rest on the safety lines.

      I wanted them because it's the best thing to do without drilling holes on a boat. The track will handle way way more load than a cleat bolted to the deck so it was the best decision to go with Schafer track cleats.

      @@sailingabroad6528 mine are too far inboard for that, gotta make a c channel mount. But should work good, I can extend the mount for the stanction relocation also.
