This isn't true at all. It has clips from Finney asking Sam to call his father or sister before the grabber hits him in the head with an axe. The movie already confirmed releases on October 17th 2025, and the cast is quite similar. Unless it only gave the info of the first movie but from what I know this trailer is fake or for a completely different movie just advertised in the wrong way.
Though it can just be a fanmade trailer too, still pretty cool. Just leaving this out here for anyone who misunderstood this for the actual second movie.
