I had a panic attack when they tried fitting me with a full-face mask. I'm currently using the airfit n30i and am still not comfortable. I'm constantly adjusting during the night because if I tighten it further it triggers the panic attacks. 😮‍💨

Yes, the N30i is way better especially for those issues. I mean realistically you do not have to tighten so much, definitely not that mask. It should sit under the nose comfortably and move with you maybe if there is leakage try a smaller size to avoid.

I have a question when putting on cpap mask and chinstrap should you put them on while sitting upright in bed or when lying down and lifting up your head?

      Goodmorning Harold,
I would recommend putting them on while in the upright position for best fit. However if you are able to put them on while lying down and that gives you a proper seal, you can realistically do whatever works for you. Hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions do not hesitate to ask. Thanks for choosing Sleeplay!!

Maybe try the Airtouch F20 it is memory foam may help with that. Also a nasal may be an option even being a mouth breather I tell everyone it is a possibility. If you need though maybe the Chinstrap might be useful.
