How To FIX "Failed To Start Modded" & "Game Directory Not Found" Error When Modding Lethal Company

Both methods don't work, I don't even have the folders I need for both methods don't exist, for the first method I don't even have a steam library folder, and for the second method I there's no lethal company .exe file in my lethal company fold and it won't even let me copy the mods I want into the lethal company folder.

When launching it from the exe file inside the folder, does that mean we completely bypass the method in thunderstore to launch it

Is the file lethal company And lethal company.exe are the same ?

The launch fil should have .exe in the file name, but it'll also be the file that has the lethal company logo next to it in the folder :)

is there a way to change the data folder in newer versionss of the app? i dont have the option to change the data folder under locations. i dont have space on the C drive, I want to install them on the D drive

You don’t launch it from the mod manager in the second method, you launch it from the .exe file in your lethal company folder

Something that fixed it for me was to make sure that my steam directory and the install location were on the same drive. If you've recently moved your steam folders then this might work
