Nice tip to create an outdoor oven! Bike spokes would work perfectly for the clips too. 2mm and stainless steel, plus super cheap😊👍. Great video as ever, always something fresh from you hazy😊👏
Just bought the same 14L pot last week, took off the plastic clips and was contemplating how to make some clips, this is perfect, thanks, did your recipe for lamb stew recently but substituted Guinness for red wine, was really tasty. Great tutorial! I've wanted some of those clips, may make my own now. I did find that you can do small baking with the pot upright using the dish that it comes with and some rocks in the pot, but for larger stuff the clips are necessity.
Another quality video, was hoping to get across to the North York Moors this weekend for an overnight, but so many weather warnings in place that I'll probably stay home and binge watch the channel.

I bought 14G (2mm) Stainless Steel spokes, which were coincidentlly food grade 304, and 305mm long. And cheaper. But probably not quite so easy to bend as your rods. Thanks for sharing Take care

The company hasn’t but The Bushcraft Store in Enfield sells them with the metal clips fitted. Handy for those who cba to make their own.

Loved this one Haze. Saw a Tunisian roast a whole turkey in something similar, just larger. You could probably do a chicken in the 16. 👍🍗🍗

Use wire coat hangers - (almost) free with your dry-cleaning.... Nice to see you back Mr Haze, indoors or out...

I use bike brake cables ...took off handle... The brake can either hang pot OR WRAP it under lid handle it holds lid on as oven... Works a treat
