Classic example of the BBC box ticking and putting an individual on the panel who is confident enough to sound erudite but then exposes his limitations the moment he opens his mouth, and they wonder why the public are turning their programs off.

Fiona could so easily have intervened in what had become a prolonged diatribe and attack on one this shows most distinguished guests. One wonders if perhaps the producer was grinding his own axe here. David Dimbleby wouldn't have tolerated such rudeness and perhaps on going forward, Fiona too might learn that her guests are reliant on her to intercede in a more timely manner.

The BBC, Channel 4, Sky News, etc, view this channel as a threat as it gathers pace. He can string s few words together but when you drill down he really doesn't say anything of note and anything that can be qualified.
This patronising tokenism of parading youngish black people with a chip on the shoulder be they authors, poets, or activists does nothing but reinforce a stereotype. Somewhat odd that Andrew Neil seems to dislike GB news so much and offers little defence for the channel, and yet he has appeared as a guest on the channel at least twice this week.
I think Andrew's made the wrong decision leaving GB News. He was the headline star act. He could have run his show the way he liked and accepted other shows on the channel were going to have a different theme. He would have brought more and more viewers in as regulars and would likely have had more creative control of the channels overall output and direction that he desired. But no he abandoned it. Disappointed in him personally. Got me questioning whether I will renew my Speccie subscription now.
Allowing those clowns to smugly sneer and label a channel, I highly doubt any of them have watched more than 5 minutes of, as divisive for doing nothing other than simply putting forward differing sides of important topics that the MSM constantly fails to do. Sure they are more conservative/right views, but they are the views of many in the UK and deserve to be discussed openly. 'Oh they're divisive because we disagree with them' - Pathetic. These people aren't fit to be in politics, they don't even grasp the basics like free speech and democracy.
