I love creamy cucumber noodles. The flavours from the herbs in this recipe are bomb. The only thing I would change (personally) is less garlic, maybe 1-2 cloves, as it was a bit over-bearing for me. But if you like a strong garlic kick then keep the 3 cloves! Otherwise I think this would be a hit at a dinner party! Thanks Kristina!
This is by far the very best recipe you have ever made other than that apple pie. This is a perfect meal, a perfect side dish, a perfect everything. I will definitely be making this today for my lunch. And I cannot wait.

Awesome idea, I only had a potato peeler and some organic raw coconut cream in a tin, I added some salt n propper honey and mixed that with cumber strips absolutely divine, nice one!

I eat raw, soaked nuts and seeds, sprouts, raw vegetables and juicing. I do not require this much food and I eat cheaply and feel satisfied. If I ate like she does, I would probably be spending at least $600.00 a week (if not more) buying organic from my local food coop. If you go to the Hippocrates Health Institute in West Palm Beach, FL., you won't be eating that much food there neither. If you eat healthy oils from soaked nuts, seeds and coconut oil, which the body needs those oils, then your body will require less food and feel satisfied. Kristina has a BIG BEAUTIFUL HEART!🥦🥬🥝🍓💚
I start eat raw slowly(not every day actually) and it's really good ! I love your book ! Perfect way for me to eat properly cause I'm so lazy spend time ready meals.
