pro tip for farming necromus and paladius... spawn 6 of them, use frostalion... wait till they get frozen then rocket launcher them. rocket launching a frozen pal currently launches them into the air and they ista die when hitting the ground works everytime on any pal

I want to point this out but it is very possible to get legendary schematics from chests as well. I got a legendary AR schematic from a gold chest in the ice mountain biome.
My first time catching jetragon, he dropped the launcher blueprint and thats when i realized there were legendary blueprints in the game, gotta go back for the rest🥴
FYI, the legendar schmatics (or atleast the hand gun one, cause thats the one i got) are not just from bosses, i had the legendary hand gun drop from a chest in the pal sanctuary no. 2
You can also get all of the Legendaries from chests at the end of the dungeon. I've gotten legendary crossbow and metal headpiece schematics.

@jumpyjunior1642 I've only ever done a few, the levels were 13 and 19 iirc.
You can get them from any key chest technically, idk if which key matters but I got cloth legendary from copper chest and assault rifle from gold chest. So you don’t have to exclusively run dungeons.
There are multiple Pals in the Game that have the Partner Ability to convert your Damage to Elementdamage.
Those that can be mounted give you a +50% Attackpower on Top.
Singleshot Rifle against the Trainingsdummy deals 2k Damage and it goes up to 3k if you mount f.e Ragnahawk.
This obv. increases further if said Element is effective.
So my Headshot Damage against a Boss goes up from 93 to 220.
+50% at ability lvl 1 ?

I do literally double Damage when im on this Mount and thats not counting the very effective Multiplier from Elements.
@@fuchsmichael93 Nice info ! But i guess it only applied to abilities that increase element damage AND convert your attack to that corresponding element, hmm I wonder if Pal ability that boost element damage in your party will stack and boost it even more 🤔
@@spikygamer987 good Question how much of my damage is converted. You're also the Player and not a Pal in your Party. But since it buffs my general Attack Stat as much as 50 Levels its busted either way

I do actually have the normal refined metal armor legendary armor. It does exist, I can't remember what dropped it though.
I had it drop in a Volcana Dungeon. It´s better than the green Palmetal
Quick tip: for anyone doing/trying to get the Legendary Schematics DO NOT KILL ANY of the bosses right off the rip capture them first if you didn't get the schematic from capturing them any one for that matter THEN after that with the Meat Cleaver put them of your team and send them out of their sphere then butcher them... as grim and morbid as it sounds/looks I did this and got the Pump Shotgun x3 doing this and I've only killed the boss two times!
Edit/Disclaimer: Now if anyone is doing this sill or is about to begin doing it bare in mind just because doing it does in fact increase your chances of getting the schematics it's still at the end of the day a chance based item to get if your still struggling to get them set your world settings of your pal drop multiplier from 1 to 3 also put the amount of pals that spawn in the world at a given time from 1 to also 3 making that 3 bosses You have to fight now instead just 1.
I did this and one just gave me mats and the other gave me nothing. I have tried dozens of times at least for assault rifle and rocket launcher. I think I am done with this game. would have liked to finish the final boss but with my weak common weapons I run out of time and for some reason can'i get my Pals to attack most of the time. they just sit there confused.

Does this work on non alpha pals that are from breeding? I’ve got a surplus of necromus that I could kill if that was the case lol

Can you re catch them? Do the alphas respawn?? I have a jetragon but don’t want to kill it if I can’t go get another legendary alpha version

I got legendary pelt armor from the dungeon next to the tutorial boss fight. I think other things drop in there too don’t know if it’s everything or just some of the things you couldn’t find it
There should be a legendary single shot rifle. Turning it into a proper sniper rifle with a scope. The single shot rifle is my favourite weapon by far. It needs a legendary version.

I found level 3 handgun in a chest. I’ve found a couple good schematics through chest though nothing legendary, still good for early game
I got the legendary rocket launcher on my first capture while it was asleep at lvl 45. All the others however havent dropped yet.

By the way, to increase the odds of getting the schematic, catch them, then butcher them. That gives you two chances, and right now, with the glitch that if you kill them as the ball catches them, it will drop its drops, then the catch gives you one, then butcher them for three times total to get the schematics.
you know theres a training dummy you can use to test damage right? much more consistent than using enemies of varying lvl
I can confirm that the legendary handgun schematic can also drop from chests, I believe I found it at the top right sanctuary. Maybe others can also drop from chests.

I got the legendary pelt one today when i caught a Lucky Melpaca and also when i beat the water boss. The only legendary one i have and i have 2 lol.
With spawn rate set to 3 i got almost all of them back to back but it was after a whole day of getting nothing. I think theres a timer where you have to have been playing without sleeping for so long before you just get them.
Got my lvl4 Rocket Launcher from a chest up North.
maybe bc its in early access and not finished, but i really wish there were more schematics. I get more low level uncommon or rare drops, than ones i would like (single shot rifle or double barrel since that where i'm at.)
I got the legendary helm schematic today and it wasn't from frostalion...do they drop diff. ones randomly by chance too?

I got the Legendary Crossbow Schematic from somewhere other than the Bushi Alpha battle.
You can get them in chests or in dungeons, too.

the drops are NOT exclusive to the bosses, as a side note. i got the legendary pump action blueprint from a red chest in the north tundra island while running around. so they CAN come from other sources, albeit likely extremely rare as well :o

I know butchering alpha pal rolls the loot table, but does it also roll the loot table if u breed the alpha pal + butcher the said alpha pal u bred?
I really hope at some point they add legendary triple bow and sword.

I love my musket for the range (ironically), high burst damage and amazing ammo economy.
Wish I could use it as a marksman rifle but it falls off in damage in the late game.

Legendarys can also drop from the locked world chests I have not killed any of the bosses and only explored and still found the legendary pistol schematic from a lcoked chest in the cold biome
I got the Legendary Heat Resistant Pal Metal schematic from the chest behind Lyleen Noct. I'm not sure if anyone else has gotten a legendary schem from a chest? I was quite surprised when it happened. It was definitely from the chest, as she wasn't dead yet and she doesn't drop that one. So, I'm not sure what to make of it.
The Pumpgun damage is per pellet. Its by far the Strongest Gun in this Game. Beside the Rocket launcher. Same with the tripple shot bow. It has less damage as the Normal but because the damage Number you see is per Arrow. So multiply it by 3 and you have the actual damage.
Can confirm. I shred Jetragon incredibly quickly but I also break the gun very easily.
Believe it or not I actually got a normal legendary pal metal armor... But I don't know when I got it since I didn't realize it was in my inventory until I went to drop stuff off... I was going back and forth fighting Frostallion, Blazamut and Suzaku while also doing dungeons.. so I'm assuming I got it from a dungeon

When you increase the drop rate, is it guaranteed drop for legend schematics or it’s still a chance? If so, how low is the chance after increasing the drop rate to max?
Honestly I don’t see where a chance option just quantity of what drops so I think he is slightly wrong. I say this because when I got my pistol one I got 3 of them when it dropped

The durability of base assault rifle is scuffed, other variants of teh assault rifle have less till you get back to 3000 with the legendary.
So there is no upgraded version of the single shot rifle?
That is disappointing. I enjoy dropping headshots with it.

Legendary AR has +10 increased clip size vs the Regular Variant
didn't even notice the amo per reload increase on assault rifle and shotgun. That's a huge plus for both.

I got the legendary metal helm schematic but not from frostalion. I'm only lvl 36 so I haven't even tried that boss yet. I'm not sure what boss I fought and got it but are the schematics possible from other bosses?
The legendary metal helm schematic is dropped by warsect, the pal metal helm schematic is the one dropped by frostallion
I’m glad Palworld never really gives me the feeling that I need to min/max, because there are SO many ways to do it. Instead, I just feel like the game is fun and playable if I just keep up with the leveling and the tech upgrades that pop up. 🤷🏻♂️
The pump shotgun truly needs the increase i have broken it in many fights
It’s my go to for legendary fights and the durability is horrible

There’s lilys spear. I havent crafted it though cause this game is stupid and doesn’t tell you the stats of things before you waste your time crafting them.

Yes you do get another chance if you butcher the alpha. and yes it must be alpha unless you want to try your luck with dungeons and random chests

Capture them, if you didn't get any, butchered them, doesn't increase the rate, but you got 2 chances
There is no need for a regular Pal Armor legendary, its a nerfed cold version
True. Use both heat and cold with a shirt for nights is enough 👌
normal legendary palmetal armor with thermal+2 and heat resistant+2 underwear. you can get all three of these from lvl 45 dungeons. gives the advantage of not having to repair using ice or fire organs and you dont have to carry two sets of armor and extra underwear

What is the best way of transporting metal ingots around. I just farmed 600 ore, smelted it to 303 ingots. You can only acquire the whole amount at once making me weighed down. Ive done the drop it, move closer and pick it up, drop it , move closer and pick it up, etc before but ive now lost 120 ingot stack and 303 ingot stack. My solution to the 120 ingot loss was to put a box beside the forge, acquire from forge, put in box and then break it down in smaller quantities to carry. the problem is if i can get into box then i cant get into forge so i have to move away from box which means when I acquire it I have to drop it at least once to get closer to the box.
The answer can not be you have to stay at your base to make sure it never goes over your weight that is crazy and would stop me from exploring being I do the most exploring when I'm low on ingots smelting more and cant do anything at base. Where was the Ai on this issue ;) if it can not be solve ( which it can) then the forge should never be able to smelt more than you can carry because of the "acquire all at once" feature, IMO.
i personally keep smelting near my palbox, and just after grabbing them, i grapple to the palbox.
grappling doesnt care about your current weight
A way to do it if you are not using your main base as your farm is to have a secondary base set up, fill it with mining and transport pals (anubis work well here) and a storage box as close to the palbox as possible. This will let your pals mine and transport said mined ore to the box and you dont have to be there. is it effecient, probably not as much as if you were there doing the mining yourself using a mount like astegon or the digtoise command. However you also arent sitting there over encumbered grappling yourself across the area to get to your box.
Edit: also can just go to the wildlife preserve and farm the pals that spawn there as bushi drop ingots and other pals drop the other two types.
use grapple
For transporting thousands worth of weight the grappling gun is the way to go. If you're just transporting things around your base though remember there's pals that will increase your carry capacity while they're in your party. Cattiva is +50 and Lunaris +80. There's also Kingpacas and Broncherries for +100 and Wumpos for +120, but you need to make their saddle first to get the effects.
@@soulflareon I never got the grapple because climbing is a thing and I'm not trying to speed run but the grapple seems useful in other ways. Will definitely check it out

Probably you could test those damage on a training dummy, so we can see all those damage with the same "enemy" and you don't need to find something to kill
"Only 0.1% Of Players Got These" and his Inventar is full of that. xD i farm since 3 days and got no blue purple or Legi weapon from Balzamut ...
no way is the drop rate 1% ive had the old bow the pelt and the crossbow legendary and ive not even done all the bosses and the ones ive done ive done maybe 3 times on an official server

It would be cool if the legendary items were good to have. I have a legendary pelt armor. But the basic metal armor is better by alot. Making it only good to get legendary items of the top tear equipment. Kinda lame for the resources you need.
