    Been a pro trainer for over 25yrs..all I can say is" love the bands" for working out....my client base does so do i....just the flexibility and quick exercise interchange ....plus easily transportable (I used to have to lug DB's & heavy equipment to clients homes& offices.....

    Exercise 1 (@ 1:28): Wrap one ankle strap around your upper arm, step on the cable, connect the other end to the ankle strap. Then there is no temptation pulling up the cable with the biceps.

    I bought a set from Amazon a month ago and they snapped. They worked great prior to that. I need to have a replacement set sent out to me. It was the 14 piece set. Please take care of this. Customer support hasn't responded to me

      You can’t do f all with straps they don’t expand lol

    1st exercise was dumb... There is no tension at the bottom, Just do second exercise one armed standing rows.
    Also the third exercise you can go much heavier by doing one arm at a time.

    I don't like any exercise that doesn't involve both arms....It's not natural and puts unnecessary torque on the spine.
