- In this video we show our past travels in Camp Verde, Arizona. See us visit Jerome, Tuzigoot, Montezumas's Castle and do some shooting. We're posting some videos of our past travels. Since the rig is in the shop and we're currently stationary, we thought we would post some of our travel videos to reminisce.
Because 5th wheels do occasionally fail, I would highly recommend that when you back under the trailer and hear the 5th wheel lock that you hook up the electrical, hold the trailer brake and do a tug test BEFORE you raise the landing gear. I even do one every time I leave a rest area or truck stop because people have been known to unlock your 5th wheel while you are in your sleeper or away from your truck.

It was great seeing your video of Jerome! I visited my Dad in Prescott Valley, AZ in 2010 and had a chance to go to Jerome, but didn't take it, I've regretted not going ever since, as I haven't gotten the chance since! So it's fun to see photos and videos of it!

We're not back to traveling just yet. The truck and trailer are still in the shop. That video I posted was an old one that I thought people may enjoy.
Hey y’all thanks for sharing your channel. I have the exact same truck in white and a momentum 399 too . I wanted to take the rig to go snowboarding cause I’m stuck in texas with no power. I was weary about driving in snow but didn’t think it would slide like that. I have been looking at maybe snow tires on the 450 but really there are not many options for the f450. Sorry you guys had to go through this with your beautiful rig. I’m putting the rig up for sale this summer and I’m scared it will be hard to sell.

We were in Jerome too! Cool little town. We enjoyed the little art store downstairs in the old auto shop. We didn’t see that area where all the old junkers were at.

What was the problem in hooking up to the trailer? We don’t have a fifth wheel, just a regular trailer with a backup camera and it usually just takes one time.

I was new to 5t wheel's at the time. I couldn't get it lined up. I can usually get it the first time now. I'll let my daughter know you enjoyed her filming. :)

They say construction began about 900 years ago. Too think people lived there that long ago fascinates me.
Wow... You went a lot of places. What was the timeframe?
That Arizona trip was probably about a week. It’s been a while so I don’t remember exactly.
