    I know exactly where this is at. My wife and I passed this on our way to Zion earlier this year via a motorcycle from Southern California.
    I noticed all the construction off the 15 as we traveled east on the UT-7. From new homes to new roads and businesses. It’s definitely growing.
    So glad to see you and your family moving forward in life.
    ✌🏽🇺🇸🙏
    One question my wife and I noticed a business called Papparazi with huge letters on the front. What is that?

    As long as you didn't buy a house on the Santa Clara River, look up Pineapple Express and the Santa Clara River flood. However, I'm trying to find a place or property to buy in SW Utah as well.

    What a time consuming nightmare you've gone through. I didn't realize all the different details involved. I'm sure most don't end up finding out until it happens to them. I'm building a home with my own hands after working construction 40 hours a week. I'm building it debt free which is hard because sometimes I don't have the cash to purchase big items. I have to save up. When I purchased the land, I also got a used travel trailer to live in that I parked on my land to save from paying rent. That saved me a tone of money. Just after I got the place dried in and built a working bathroom, I moved in and sold the trailer. Why I was building the cabinets, I cooked on the BBQ. I never ate out because it cost way to much money to do that. When I'm finished building my home, I'm going to subdivide my lot. I'll end up selling my house and building another one that I will keep on the other half of my land. Then I plan on purchasing an apartment building to fund the the materials that I'll need to build the second home and quit my job. Then I plan on purchasing a nice sailboat so that I can sail around the globe. The other home that I'm going to build will be a small one bed one bath little place just to have a home base and something to come back to whenever I want to. A place to store my things that I don't want to take with me on the boat.

    Whoa! The heating ducts are in the ceiling? We lived in a 1950’s house that had that & it’s just a dumb design...heat rises so being in the ceiling the room takes more energy to warm the room up. Unless it’s the AC duct, then that’s ok.

      @@TheWestlandgirl Wow! Really? You are telling me to be aware? Happens to people like me? No they don’t. I do not have a single accident that was my fault, like this was his. Do you know anything at all about driving. After seeing this video I know the driver is incompetent. Just because someone can afford to buy a giant truck and trailer doesn’t mean they have any business driving said truck and trailer, especially in the ice and snow. That accident was completely avoidable. It’s not “mean”, it’s operator error. Luckily he only hurt his pocketbook, not himself or more importantly someone else. I know people like you want to live by the notions of complete and utter abdication of personal responsibility. I however, do not.

      I just drove Hwy 20 and was amazed he made it as far as he did on snowy roads. That’s a challenging road to drive in any bad weather.

    • @gcanada3005
      @gcanada3005 3 года назад +1

      @@Summitclym I agree. With the complete lack of skills and general towing knowledge this operator showed. He had zero business being on that road in that weather

    • @gcanada3005
      @gcanada3005 3 года назад +1

      Also, putting the vehicle into 4wd greatly contributed to this accident. The very same reason all tractor trailers don’t have propulsion to the front wheels. It makes towing much more difficult. It resulted in the front wheels being pushed out, which led to the crash. His wheels should have been chained. Not to mention he was going too fast for the conditions. It was a giant calamity of errors that caused this accident. Every single one the blame squarely belongs with the operator.

      We left there 6 years ago, because we could and because we despise the housing, working, and general living climate.
