      sold a little at $42 and a little more on Friday so I've got back the money I put in and now get to play with the market's money. Definitely feels like FOMO going on, after S&P inclusion and Nasdaq inclusion the earnings need to be pretty amazing quarter after quarter to push this higher, but whilst people are trying to catch it as it rises we'll just keep going higher.

      Here’s a suggestion.
      I learned this long ago. When you are going to sell or take some profits you can do it a couple ways. First, sell enough to take back your initial investment. That way you can think about your remaining investment as “playing with the house’s money”. OR.
      Second; sell half of your position and keep the other half invested. That lets you benefit whether it goes up or down. Give it a think. 🤔. I wish you success.

      Palantir is one of 3 tech companies with level 6 clearance in the us government it takes more than a decade to get this. amazon and Microsoft are the other 2 and both partnered with Palantir because they couldn't beat them.

    • @DiFinni
      @DiFinni Месяц назад +4

      It's not all about the PE ratio. Rule of 40, they are doing great. PE ratio can be misleading for companies with high earnings growth. ✌

    • @syedarmaghanhassan4652
      @syedarmaghanhassan4652 Месяц назад

      @@DiFinni thanks for your response. Like Andy said, PE has grown 6 times than the actual company earnings have. In my opinion, this stock has way trespassed the teritpry of a Meme stock.
      No doubt the company is a good business, but it is not a great earner like NVidia, nor is it the only supplier to the Governement. A lot of competition by requirement as Governments can't depend on 1 supplier. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter whether u sell to the govt. Or private sector. What matters is your compan's earnings' growth. Only revenue is not valid. It is the EPS, as the purpose of any vusiness is to make profits and not only revenues! Nvidias earnings are growing over 100% a year, and stock'd PE did not grow yet to that extent. Means, Nvidia is going to shoot up anytime soon.
      In my opinion, the stock doesn't make any sense at such high valuations. This doesn't end up nicely for any company, because earnings should be able to back the stockprice growth. Soon people will sell it off, probably. I congratulate the people who made profits.
