In reality you have way way more people on the 60% tax bracket instead of the lower ones, thus subsidizing the rest of the EU. For corporate, that number is even more absurd, closer to 70%. The same is true of student loans, savings for retirement and personal expenses, and a number of other things. In reality you have way way more people on the 60% tax bracket instead of the lower ones, thus subsidizing the rest of the EU. For corporate, that number is even more absurd, closer to 70%. How are you going to stimulate growth this way? Eventually, the money has to come from somewhere. You're (or someone else is) paying for it, just under a different label. If you were to pay for your hospital bills why would you ever wanna have an inefficient middleman (a.k.a the government) is beyond me. Why not just pay for it directly? This way everyone can be responsible for themselves, it forces you to put effort into staying healthy because we can all agree that paying sucks, so this cut off the very unneccessary people with "who cares, someone is paying for me anyway" mentality to be carried of.
I supposed your number on US was also wrong, so I went on a little adventure for the real number, and even if accounting for four income-based categories of taxation (Federal, state/local, social security, and Medicare), the number comes at 29.8%. So... half the amount than that of the EU, of course you guys got 'free stuff'.

True for all we know this guy was probably at an internship $40 a day when he was 21-22
master's degree in ambiguous studies. not all master degrees are the same tier hence your low pay
As an ex-consultant myself, I never tracked my expenses. Just minimized everything and invested as much as I could. Amazed he had all that time and energy to track everything!
I never track expenses or plan a budget either, just minimize expenses and maximize investments. I guess some people feel more organized when they do it. I always found it limiting.
For example, this guy allocates $500 a month to his Roth IRA, so what happens when he has an extra $100 lying around? Usually people stick to the plan; invest $500 and find a way to blow the other $100. But, if expenses are minimized why increase them to stick to your plan?
It’s also possible he made the budget just for the video, but he comes off as someone who would have a budget.
This guy is a killer! Love the work ethic and motivation. Wishing him more success.
You are not millenial
You are Gen Z
This channel doesn’t understand generations I agree
It’s from 23- 38 years old in 2019 which is when this came out.
@@cenobyt3z766 look up what a millennial is
@@pineapple8048 Why? He's not wrong. Millennials are people born between 1981 & 1999. Some include early 2000s. But most not.
Generation Z follows on that, late 1990s, early 2010s. Obviously, you have overlaps. And he's dead in the middle. So he's both.
CNBC: **posts millennial money**
Graham: *Its show time*
I was about to comment that...

I legit thought this was a Graham reacting video! I was a little disappointed that it was the actual millenial money video but the guy was very likeable so it was good :)
If ever there were someone who deserves it, it's this guy. He's truly wise beyond his years.
