Master Shi Heng Yi, thank you very much for this video!!! I felt, while watching it, that it was made especially for me (kind of ‘Taylor Made’, if you know what I mean😀🙏). If you knew my life circumstances, you would understand why, but in short, I am far from being healthy and therefore I can only follow very light exercises, specially made for healing reasons. And although you have been a great influence in my life for a while, very few exercises you are demonstrating can I follow due to my limitations. But this one, I am sure I can follow, and also, I love that it was raining during the video, as it is raining in my life. I never forget your words (I think you said them on your TED Vitosha talk): ‘let it rain!’ And as the rain didn’t bother you during this video, it bothers me less and less in my life, no matter how unfortunate my circumstances are right now. Thanks for another great routine. I highly recommend setting it to half speed for slower folks like myself. Plus it makes the music and the scenery that much more dramatic.
