John meadows might as well be the mister Roger's of weight lifting. Always gives good advice in a friendly manner
Well said! I don’t like RUclipsrs who yell and scream or talk like a New Yorker 🤣 Life is stressful enough and I don’t need to come here to see more of those in your face styles
Mr Rogers is about as good as it gets
@@MT-sq3jo some of those in your faces guys are funny but when I'm lagging in one muscle group and despairing, having a soothing and knowledgeable voice in the industry helps alot
He is really great I would like to have him as a trainer I don't live nowhere near by him so I watch his videos another one I like is Charlie glass and I do live close to Venice Beach there's so much you can learn from a good trainer who is very calm
“Oh won’t you be my trainer “
RIP John Meadows.
I started following you around 2 years ago dueto your peaceful and caring way of showing your followers your workout methods.
You were different from the rest with how you seem to care more about giving great details and not worrying about how many followers you had. I've never met you, but I feel like you were a friend.
My condolences to your Wife and Boys.
Thank you for everything Buddy.

RIP john Meadows, I just started viewing videos because it’s just 3 tips sound easy to begin with. Eddie how did John die?
@@Vinodkumar-ej5yg Heart related.
Hey John, as a 62 year old lifter I just wanted to say I really enjoy the tempo of the videos and advice.
Rip.
I’ve learned from your clips more than I’ve learned from trainers in two years.
True inspiration sir
One of the best channels for information and how to train smarter
THE BEST
Absolutely. John is irreplaceable 100%
I totally agree!!
John really is such a true professional and an all around great guy. There sadly aren’t many like him in this industry filled with egos larger than life itself.
Yep best
I feel sadness as if someone close to me from my family has left. I trust my heart and it has always told me that you are an amazing person. Your lessons not only helped me, but gave me a huge motivation to move forward and improve. I admired your modesty, sincerity and true passion for this sport. You taught me a lot I will miss you very much, John. May our God receive into his kingdom. I will pray for You and your whole family. Condolences. Joe.
Rip John. Even now you just helped me enhance curling form. We'll always reference your vids to get past sticking points and walls.
Thanks, John, for keeping us sane and healthy through the pandemic. I'm 45 and I've never been stronger since I took up lifting at home. You're an absolute inspiration. Thanks 💪
It is a relief to see a training video on RUclips that is completely void of any ego and nonsense, just straight talk from a very humble and professional man. Thank you for your kind words of experience.
The "do not curl in the squat rack" had me laughing hard
I like to squat at the preacher curl bench...PAYBACK
@@jmchinch hehe
The maddest I've ever been at the gym was over two guys that used the squat rack for dips.
This small tiny gym's only squat rack.
@@Daralantan yesterday some guy was doing forearm curls on the elite fits bench at my gym, I had to kick him off of it... 😳
@@dzrewn1 I can only wish you literally kicked him off 🤣
Honestly I am just now learning of his death, and really have only been following his channel for about a year, but I would like to say he has inspired me to push myself to compete in 2023 for my first show. I really appreciate everything I have learned, and am still learning from his channel.
"3 Easy Tips...", John gives us 4... thats why he is who he is.
Thank you John! Your curl tips are fantastic
Miss this guy. Learnt so much and improved my training a ton from his videos. Thank you John
Friendliest most humble fitness dude on RUclips. R.I.P.
Glad to know I am already doing all these tips. Thanks for giving me that extra bit of confidence John!
Thank you John. Great videos.
Tip #2 combined with your 200 rep biceps workout is amazing. I’ve never felt such a strong connection before. Thank you so much!
Great to hear!
I've learnt so much off John that last year watt a great guy sadly missed
I see idiots pounding out 8 miles in NYC Marathon. Btw absolute worst thing to do. And then 4-5 reps on barbell curl. What’s point of 200 reps then. All that hormones gushing at 128.😊😊😊
thanks for the tips john
Glad to see you healthy John.. Thanks for doing all you do buddy!
Thanks! I'm about to hit my biceps and ready to test this tips right now
Awesome thanks John!
Great Video, thanks!!
This is excellent. Thank you for continuing to be a big part of my weight lifting journey!
Love your passion
John is such a level headed guy with great advice. Love the videos.

You bet!
Thx 4 the advice,John.
Amazing tip John once again...kudos to you Man!💓
Cool, great tips. Can't wait to try these out. 👍
Thanks for your tips..they really make a huge difference 👏
I had a guy make fun of me for using “light weight” on arms. I said well that’s why my arms are bigger than yours. And he said “if that’s what it takes I don’t want big arms” 🤦♂️🤡
@scrone888 I talk to the guy almost everyday in the gym so it wasn’t like it was a complete stranger.
😁at least he is consistent!
Ha ha dumb dude he is!
@@zalapski9399 well the good news is you don’t have to believe it if you don’t want to. Lol
Omg mate I got my arms from 14” to 18”
Because I was able to swing 32.5kgs for 6 reps but they where tiny!!!
So I got my own preacher curl bench and db and only had that so did high reps I never do low now!!
My mate said very similar I train to break down tissue not go for a weight as that weightlifting I use perfect form and get my best arms measurement with a 11kg dumbell!! I do strength training with heavy weights on other exercises squats etc but only the method described works for me on arms I have to train them to oblivion!!
And if we train he still won’t have it and swings them about so I fee this one
Great vid sir!
Brilliant mate, thanks buddy!
Always on point 🔥
best tips ive incorporated all of them thru many videos i learned more with you brotha then any other. Masterclassmen!
Great advice as always, very well explained and you got the arms to back it, that’s for sure! I’ve found that markers of proper form for me are: experiencing a very isolated feeling in my biceps and then as a result an inability to do higher number of sets without losing strength.
Good tips thanks John💪🏽
All about the tips from a experienced bodybuilder like you every little helps keep them coming cheers💪🏽💪🏽👊🏽👊🏽👌🏽👌🏽✌🏽✌🏽👍🏽
Absolutely love the training tips
More to come!
These are excellent. We are affected by ego - that's part of lifting. John reminds us to let that go a bit for stricter form and we will get better results. Simple and effective! John - you are an excellent coach!
Thanks for the video!
