To be this muscular and lean at the same time you can not be natty, that's the sad truth, but it doesn t mean you can not achieve great results and a quite big and lean aesthetic physique with no roids, it will just take longer; simply not as big and lean at the same time and all year long :)

Of course he says that to you honestness is a rare quality in this world, expecially in the fitnessworld! Now I wanna tell you that this is my opinion, i'm not 100% sure that he is on roids, because i dont know him and im new to this channel, possibly he can be that 1 over a million freak of nature with a really good genetic and he's training consistent for 10 years or more (if I have to bet i would say he's not natty of course thats what im tryin to say). What it s sure is that to be that lean and big will take a lot of years and constant dedication during the journey but not many people can achieve that goal without roids because the genetic is another big component. Of course you can achieve great results without steroids and get big (maybe not as him) and lean at the same time but your diet must be on point too
I train late too. I use a pump matrix instead of pre workout. Something with glycerol, and take beer root powder. I can relate with the late workouts, life happens but we still gots get the training in. Stay strong 💪
I used to love standing over head press. But damaged my middle back and now it puts way too much pressure on my mid back. It’s a shame as i loved the movement. Dumbbells and seated Smith machine press it is now.
Super shoulders. Looks like it supports your whole arms. So agree with you about emphasizing shoulders workout. Your fitness regime and healthy food intakes seems to be working for you perfectly. Seriously awesome looking. Envious of your physic 💯💥.
Personally I think the front delt SHOULD be a bit more developed and it looks great. Be careful with going too heavy on the lateral raises. You can pay for it over time. Less weight allowing for complete range of movement under control is best and definitely safest. The shoulder joint is the most complex and most likely to be damaged of all the joints. An injury there can stay with you for decades, literally. Guys under thirty often can't believe this... till it happens.
All exercises are very excellent and brilliant bro doing the workout of shoulders and triceps workout and you are looking very fabulous and fantastic doing all of these exercises and keep it up and keep training hard and be strong always bro and stay safe and stay healthy and be positive and happy always bro
think the difference in training has been overstated with people thinking there are enhanced only routines. I'd say try it out, if you feel you can't recover drop a movement or lower total volume or increase rest periods. Can always just add certain movements or sub into existing routines you enjoy. Overall be consistent and train hard while keeping nutrition and sleep on point!
