It takes a certain leg to torso length ratio to be able to perform squat like he is doing
That’s why I like to relocate my heels high so I can perform perfect 90 degree quad focused squats. Due to my long femurs I always squat forward so it helps push my knees out instead of my torso
Free weights always injure me 🤕 Machines baby 💪 out with the old..in with the New 😁
A good balance of both would be best
