That’s a bs excuse, train mobility in your ankles to bring the knee over the foot.. constantly hearing about long femurs these past few months and it’s honestly annoying. But I don’t go looking for excuses to make things easier so it’s probably why I can’t stand the bs. It’s crazy the amount of people who can’t go below 90 degrees or even to 90 degrees and say “I’ve got long femurs”. 🤦🏻‍♂️

i admire arnold. i truly do. but first of all you dont sleep 6 hours and try to be healthy and build muscle. you most likely sleep more like 8 hours somewhere around that (normal person at least). then you need time to get ready in the morning then you have 1 hour way to work and 1 hour way back and you work lets say 9 -10 hours a day. so lets say 13 hours of your day is gone JUST for work. now if you are single and have no other health issues and you have no other responsibilities THEN you have no excuse to not use some time of the remaining 3 hours in that day to get or stay fit. BUT you probably have kids, parents that need help because of their age and health problems, perhaps you have a second job and because of that you dont get the 8 hours sleep i mentioned earlier. im sorry but i know people that when everything is done in the evening on every single day of the week they have 20-30 minutes to sit down before they need to go to sleep. and i mean 20-30 minutes in all of the day then dont sit down or relax or enjoy sitting down for lunch or whatever they are constantly working and moving and are busy providing for others. they dont have time to go to the gym. not everyones life works like that.

Arnold doesn't know what it's like to have to work X hours a day, plus commute, plus do all your own shopping and cooking, washing, housework, plus look after your kids yourself. He's outsourced all the boring bits of life and doesn't understand most people can't. Doing any "new" thing means sacraficing something else. Not saying that exercise isn't important, just that finding time is hard fora lot of people.

There is nothing secret or mysterious about gobbling down steroids. If a person builds an awesome body naturally, and without super genetics, then that is a real accomplishment, and their advice is worth something. If a person is juicing, their advice is mostly worthless unless you are another juicehead. I would make a rare exception for Arnold Schwarzenegger because he didn't just bulk-up, but built a highly aesthetic physique, which took some genuine talent, but his physique was probably in large part genetic.
