Dorian Yates on the TRUE Secret to Muscle Growth
What is the best method for fat loss??
Mentzer’s advice is always spot on
🐐
Yes Tom you may say whatever you like
It's necessary for people with proportionally-long femurs
That’s a bs excuse, train mobility in your ankles to bring the knee over the foot.. constantly hearing about long femurs these past few months and it’s honestly annoying. But I don’t go looking for excuses to make things easier so it’s probably why I can’t stand the bs. It’s crazy the amount of people who can’t go below 90 degrees or even to 90 degrees and say “I’ve got long femurs”. 🤦🏻♂️
@@Rusty_coit They might have 12 base pairs on their DNA you dont know.
@@zarreff you’re going to have to elaborate mate I’m not a geneticist or have the slightest idea what you mean 😂
Song?
Good advice

Secret sauce
Hey i am your thumbnail designer Sagor FIverr thumbnail can you share your contact details i will make thumbnail for you in 3$
Just do same stuff dont go to failure
Why not go to failure?
@bodybuildergreats overtraining
How many secs would you recommend to maximize the negative phase ?
3-5 seconds at most is usually what they recommend
i admire arnold. i truly do. but first of all you dont sleep 6 hours and try to be healthy and build muscle. you most likely sleep more like 8 hours somewhere around that (normal person at least). then you need time to get ready in the morning then you have 1 hour way to work and 1 hour way back and you work lets say 9 -10 hours a day. so lets say 13 hours of your day is gone JUST for work. now if you are single and have no other health issues and you have no other responsibilities THEN you have no excuse to not use some time of the remaining 3 hours in that day to get or stay fit. BUT you probably have kids, parents that need help because of their age and health problems, perhaps you have a second job and because of that you dont get the 8 hours sleep i mentioned earlier. im sorry but i know people that when everything is done in the evening on every single day of the week they have 20-30 minutes to sit down before they need to go to sleep. and i mean 20-30 minutes in all of the day then dont sit down or relax or enjoy sitting down for lunch or whatever they are constantly working and moving and are busy providing for others. they dont have time to go to the gym. not everyones life works like that.
DAMN
Arnold doesn't know what it's like to have to work X hours a day, plus commute, plus do all your own shopping and cooking, washing, housework, plus look after your kids yourself. He's outsourced all the boring bits of life and doesn't understand most people can't. Doing any "new" thing means sacraficing something else. Not saying that exercise isn't important, just that finding time is hard fora lot of people.
Gay
If you work 14-15 hours ?
Remember Covid remember his statement on it . Never forgive never forget . He is irrelevant.
It's honestly funny that Arnold said something about Mike's stomach, when in the picture shown right as that is being told Mike's stomach looks MUCH better than Arnold's. I have a feeling that Arnold was probably just projecting.
Always looked fat , and small.
Intelligence
Mike looked better that day and it bothered arnold
Arnold was jealous 👀
Tom is a very good storyteller
Arnold definitely knew how to get under Mikes skin
Ofcourse! He in fact got so far under Mike's skin that he threw away his career and became a junkie while Arnold conquered the bodybuilding world. Sad story.
@@VallhaliaHe wasn't a junkie
@@gagebenson1791 He has his own diary published where he talks about his use of amphetamines to boost his workouts, also for personal use during his later years and struggle when he was homeless for a while. Read up a little before you put your "personal beliefs" on the internet, fool.
Funny how Tom says butt tocks
😆
It’s not like you have to choose one and sacrifice the other. You can’t workout all day, and you can’t eat all day. So if you’re committed, do both 100% right.
👏💯
Tom Platz is a real bodybuilding legend!
🐐
100 percent diet, training and consistency
💯
Look the human body simply wasn’t made to look like this. Nature keeps trying to warn us about what happens when you eat like this, take drugs, lift huge weights, but people just keep ignoring it.
Your videos are amazing. I really like it. I am a new subscriber to your channel. Can I talk with you BodyBuildersgreats?
Assuming steroids werent there!
Would man not train their muscles?yes they would .you see everyone has a mindset but they do not have access to all the best supplements machines but you can forge the kings and the queens of weights and by that I mean barbells and dumbbells and eat normal food from which the raw materials are derived from.please don't relegate your self to things you can't achieve or have access to but give it all that you can with what's available
There one thing i know about training.most article's talk about having great genetics but no body talks about the mindset.Nobody!and that what we all have been given irrespective whether you are a meso endo or an ectormorph. The mind is what everybody should be using not only talk about genetics.thank you
ok i understand the intensity but how long is the recovery and then growth process ? how long does it take for a muscle to recover ? then once recovered how long does it take to grow ?
Thankyou Mr. Yates 🏴🏴🏴
Legend
love u tom
💛
Funny thing.. anabolic steroids nobody mentioned them here ..
I think the secret is the "secret sauce"
Some interesting points, music was very distracting and unnecessary for me 🤷♂️
I could increase my intensity…with a little human growth hormone.
A little or a lot 👀
Mike mentzer was wayy ahead of his time
💯
Free weights always injure me 🤕 Machines baby 💪 out with the old..in with the New 😁
A good balance of both would be best
There is nothing secret or mysterious about gobbling down steroids. If a person builds an awesome body naturally, and without super genetics, then that is a real accomplishment, and their advice is worth something. If a person is juicing, their advice is mostly worthless unless you are another juicehead. I would make a rare exception for Arnold Schwarzenegger because he didn't just bulk-up, but built a highly aesthetic physique, which took some genuine talent, but his physique was probably in large part genetic.
Bash what again 😂😂😂
Reverse crunches work great should be part of most ab workouts
I love this guy!!!
Love you Dorian, but this low volume turned out to be not the way.
Yes sir..

Morning training just hits different
The goat
🐐
All the steroids in the world doesn’t make up for the right genetics. If that was the case everyone that lifted weights would be huge
Genetics primarily
