Ya you’re absolutely right, change of stress is how your body continues to change, it’s very resilient so it will adapt to even extremely stressful stimuli, however if you change the type of stress constantly, in a cyclical fashion, with intensity always being number one, you’ll continue to grow.

There is if, in the long run, you grow bigger muscles as a result or if the stress is of an aerobic nature, the heart grows stronger and it gets more blood from the rest of the body.
