There are sites on RUclips telling you how to prepare it. One content creator said his wife thought the idea of him eating beef heart was disgusting until she saw his face as he ate it. She then decided to give it a try. I grind it with steak and liver and then mix it with regular ground beef.
Unfortunately, my husband takes 3 of the meds listed. His doctor never told him that he should be supplementing due to the meds he is taking. Thank you for this video! It definitely helps!
Dr Berry with your help through the videos, my wife and I have changed our lives! Thank you! In the last 10 months my wife at 71 has lost 30lbs. and I've lost 85lbs at 62. What got me looking for a big change, was in October 2021 I had dbl bypass heart surgery. Had reached 300lbs!! You know the story. 🙂 We've also changed our PCP, thanks to the giving of your knowledge.
Thank you for this video. I’m taking 3 of the meds on your list. I’ve been taking 100 mg of CoQ10 twice a day for years. My father’s cardiologist - 30 years ago - said everyone over 40 should be taking it! Guess I’ll be upping my dose.
Eleven years ago after my heart attack I asked my cardiologist if I should take CoQ10 supplements because of the meds I was on. He said….No need to. So I didn’t. Asked him again a few years later, said no need. So I let it go, but, always wonder why my muscles ached. Finally, today, started taking the supplement.
My doctor in a private hospital delete CoQ10 from the prescription when I returned for consultation although the Statins (Rosuvastatin) depletes my CoQ10. He didn't explain why. I bought CoQ10 supplements myself. Thanks for educating us. If 10% of doctors like you, the world would be much healthier.
I have had horrible, chronic fatigue for years now making my life very, very difficult. Some days I barely get thru the day. I am taking 3 if not 4 meds on this list. I ordered Coq10 today and can't wait for it to get here to try it. I always attributed the tiredness to a side affect of the drugs but if this is what's doing it and taking Coq10 works I will be sooooooooooooo grateful to you for getting the info out. Whether it helps me or not, I bless you every day for all the great work you and Neisha are doing. Have been a fan of you both and your beautiful family for a long time. You both are truly Godsends.
I have been on CoQ10 last 20 years and Ubiquinol since it was introduced, plus Astaxanthin,Krill oil,K2 and D3 to name a few. I am taking all these antioxidants to try to reduce my Ankylosing Spondylitis symptoms. So far so good.
I just started taking astaxanthin and after a bit of a rough break-in period, I feel better. About one month before that i started taking vitamin E tocotrienols from Dr. Barrie Tan's research on Annatto. I take cod liver oil and krill oil too and I was wondering whether I should go back on ubiquinol. Dr. Tan says that the vitamin E plus his associated supplement, GG, helps the liver make enough Co Q-10, unless you're on stains, which damage the liver so that it can't make it. But if Dr. Ken is right then all the blood pressure meds do the same thing.
I found quitting refined sugar has helped my Ankylosing Spondylitis a lot, I’am on Humira once a month, but I’ve noticed a big improvement since dropping the dreaded sugar!!

You’re a real treasure Dr Berry. I had a 90% blockage of 1 artery resulting in a silent heart attack 9 months ago. The rest of my heart is fine with mild-moderate plaguing, at 70 yrs of age. Mild localized heart muscle damage but no permanent issues at all. When iwas on the table I was asked if I agreed to take all prescribed meds for 1 year by the technician. I knew if I said no, they would not place the stent! So I had a stent placed and the cardiologist put me on MASSIVE doses of statins, beta blockers, water pills, ARB’s and anti platelets. I thought I had turned 105 within 2 weeks of taking all that crap!!! I did research on RUclips from docs like yourself and talked to my pharmacist. I asked why on earth was I prescribed these massive amounts of drugs and she played dumb. I immediately stopped taking the statin, went to my doctor and got all except the anti platelet reduced significantly. At 3 months I had a chat the cardiologist and he dropped everything down to a bare fraction of the original prescription. You have to be respectful and know your stuff so as not to be labelled ‘non compliant’. Anyway, I’m at 9 months post stent and I’m going to see about weaning off most of the rest of these drugs now. I’m thankful for the fact they saved my life but also grateful to be aware enough to not get sucked into the Big Pharma pipeline of hell and sickness from a lifetime of these drugs they tell you you have to take. Thank you for all you do. God bless!
Coq10 seems to be working for me, been 2 years since my strokes and chest pain & heart cramps have been my problem. After this video I got coq10 supplement and no more cramps nor pain, also my heart effraction went from 18% to 25% sins your video, a big deal if you ask me. Although it’s impossible to attribute this improvement to coq10 for sure, still the pain & cramps are gone. Thanks doc!

Hi Dr. Berry. How odd that most medical practioner's today are mostly Pharmaceutical reps. You are right. 2060 doctors will laugh at current medical practice, just like doctors today laugh at 1940's medical practice. Also, doctors like Dr Berry are ignoring the diseases which are caused or worsened by harmful genetic mutations. Child mortality has reduced from about 50% in 1800s to less than 1% today, I am pretty sure it has no impact on the health of people today.
I left a doctor who loved prescribing meds. I decided I can use urgent care when I need it. For my long-term care, I only see my amazing naturopath. She got me off statins (that I learned don't work...except to make big pharma rich) and put me on ubiquinol. My levels are great now!
I really appreciate this information. I have been on an ARB and diuretic for many years. I told the doctor that these meds are causing me to feel depleted of my energy. She said you have Anxiety these meds do not cause that!! And she also said I need to learn how to deal with side effects!
Finally! Something that my methotrexate (for rheumatoid arthritis) does NOT seem to interfere with! Surely that's one you missed. Mtx seems to be contraindicated with absolutely everything in life. 😒
Excellent video, as usual, by Dr. Berry. Interestingly enough, I've been taking CoQ10 supplement all along, without realizing how important it is based on two of the medications from his list that I take on a regular basis: Metformin & Simvastatin. Each of these are very low doses, so I suspect the combination of what I derive from my food + a 100mg CoQ10 gel cap is sufficient, but based on what Dr. Berry advises, I'm upping it to two capsules per day from here on out, just to play it safe.
CoQ10 is made by our body in the liver. With age and multiple medications it is depleted. The one medication that blocks the production of CoQ 10 from being made by the liver are the statin drugs. The majority of physicians writing prescriptions for cholesterol drugs never tell their patients to take this supplement with this medication The absence of CoQ10 is detrimental to the heart which requires this for energy. So you would be wise to take at least 200 mgm of the CoQ10 if you are taking a statin. Heart failure is an energy starved heart . These are words that come from “Metabolic Cardiology “ by Dr. Stephen Sinatra, Cardiologist. He has a chapter in his book on the importance of CoQ10.
@@heleneikerenkotter2950 Dr. Berry has a great video on the danger of low LDL. Consider taking vitamin B3 (niacin) to support LDL levels. All natural. There are several videos on the benefits of B3. I take it. Statins are dangerous
When I was growing up in the 50s and 60s the giblets were always packed in with the chicken and chickens weren’t sold in parts. Since there were so few giblets we learned to consider it a prize when we would get one. I will consider it a treat to be able to eat chicken hearts. Thank you for this advice. I’ll definitely be going out to look for chicken hearts as well as eating other foods rich in CoQ-10.
Dr berry, I take meds and feeling low and weak for 12 years and just started taking coq10. Been about a week and beginning to feel better at 100 mg 3 times daily. Thankyou
Dr. Berry, thanks for sharing this video with us. I had an Open Heart Triple Bypass Surgery in May of last year. In April, my pre-surgery BNP was at 109 pg/ml! ( Normal range is below 100 pg/ml. ) In June, my post-surgery BNP went up to 228 pg/ml!! In December, my BNP went all the way up to 373 pg/ml!!! You would think that having heart surgery would make one's heart pump better afterwards. In all of this time, my cardiologist increased my Metoprolol from 25 mg, to 37 mg, to 50 mg, then to 75 mg! I got progressively dizzier with each increase as well as suffered from facial Edema. I had him cut it down to 50 mg which seems tolerable to me! I was also prescribed Lisinopril 20 mg twice per day. I also have to take Rosuvastatin 10 mg each day. As well as daily doses of Aspirin 81 mg, Ezetimibe 10mg and Digoxin 125 mcg. I've cut down my Lisinopril to once per day after watching this video. As a safety measure, I have adopted Dr. Sinatra's Heart Health supplement regimen. Which consists of high doses of CoQ-10, L-Carnitine, D-Ribose, Magnesium and Krill Oil. I seem to feel better with more energy and more stamina. But I won't know for certain until after I get my next Echocardiogram and Lab Works done which are temporarily postponed because my union trust fund mistakenly terminated my Core COBRA insurance coverage! I'm fighting them over it and am seriously considering getting a lawyer!
I was on Metoperol and it gave me bad dreams and one night I fell out of bed due to having a disturbed sleep with this drug. This fall put me in hospital. When I came out I told my doctor to cut this crappy drug off my prescription list. Only took it for three months. Never again.
WOW! What a valuable instructional video on CoQ-10! I do take the Rx's, and have taken CoQ-10 supplements for years, but not as religiously as your video suggests...but I will now! THANK YOU!
Thank you so much for doing all these videos regarding our health, I cannot express how much I appreciate you doing this and I enjoy watching every video that you put out. I only take one prescription but I thought I heard something about CoQ10 helping with dementia and Alzheimer’s. What is your thought on that?
Thank you for posting about this my mom is on high blood pressure medicine and I never thought about it absorbing any of her vitamins and she definitely could use some more energy and I know if you’re low in This it definitely lowers your energy
My late father was on 4 of these prescription meds when his heart quit. Neither one of his doctors ever mentioned taking CoQ10 ! Maybe Bigpharma should show Drs this video so they don’t kill their best customers 😢
…. First BigPharma will tell about CoQ10… Next they will tell about poison statins… What next? Next BigPharma will explain to everyone that low carb diet with IF and low intensity exercise helps way better than pills in preventing strokes and heart attacks?!!… Don’t be naive!
its not in their protocol. we used to learn ourselves from the old people about nutrition n health but the slogan/propaganda phrase " go to the doctor for any health issue" made all lost in the track n field of life.
Dr. Berry, The only ACE Inhibitor you have on the list is enalapril, but in your video you used the plural "ACE Inhibitors." Are there other ACE Inhibitors (like Benazepril) that lower Ubiquinone levels?
Hey doc! I've been a listener/viewer for a few years now and love your stuff! I've just recently had a heart attack and 'have to' unfortunately take new meds. The ones I'm taking are carvedilol, rosuvastatin and brillinta and baby aspirin....just got done watching your CoQ10 video and realize that I need more of it! They didn't even tellme about that part...hmmmmm. Thanks for the video and keep 'em coming! 👍
My sister has muscle pains when she takes statins and I’ve suggested CoQ10 a few times… I think this video may be a bit more convincing than the way I’m selling it
Wow. Thanks! I knew about the effect of cholesterol lowering medicines, (I don't take them though), but I never knew that those other ones such as blood pressure and even antacids lower it. No wonder the side effects of many bp medicine has reviewers saying how tired they are.

You are pretty good I will follow you for information !
Thank You so much for listing all of the medications, most won’t do that !!!!
I knew that the Metformin that I take did, but I never realized the list was that extensive!
Wow! Priceless information! Thank you!
PQQ is also needed by the body for mitochondrial energy in small daily amounts like 10 mg to 20 mg. So is ATP. Supplement PQQ works well with COQ 10.
Thank you for sharing all the groups of medications.
Thanks for this important information on CoQ10. 👍
Hi Dr. Berry, Your channel is awesome. I had a question. Does Levothyroxine Synthroid lower your COQ10 as well ?
Thx
Thank you, Dr Berry, for sharing this vital information. ❤
Very good explanation 👍👍👍
Thank you doc. I refer your videos to everybody I cross paths with.
Thank you for posting about this my mom is on high blood pressure medicine and I never thought about it absorbing any of her vitamins and she definitely could use some more energy and I know if you’re low in This it definitely lowers your energy
Great content!
Thank you for all your very informative videos.
Why blame big pharma when it's the doctor's responsiblity to update their medical knowledge?
You're saying like 3 different things at the same time..
The Docs are in bed with big pharma. Why should they tell you anything other than what big pharma tells them.
its not in their protocol. we used to learn ourselves from the old people about nutrition n health but the slogan/propaganda phrase " go to the doctor for any health issue" made all lost in the track n field of life.
What an amazing DR you are. Thank you.
Thank you good Doctor! I’ll check out this value information. Thanks from California ❤ blessings
Thank you for the Q-10 Link Dr! I will order from their website since I don't use amazon! 😘💕
Why are you telling us that you don't use Amazon?
Wondering to know why you dont buy the goods off amazon?
Dr. Berry, The only ACE Inhibitor you have on the list is enalapril, but in your video you used the plural "ACE Inhibitors." Are there other ACE Inhibitors (like Benazepril) that lower Ubiquinone levels?
So true. I am 58 an struggled with Lyme. But with a supplement of Q10 I feel much better wih more energy and I lost 10 kg.
I've seen this guys face a lot before watching a video. Way more intense than I expected!
Thank you Dr. Berry. Would Colestipol be included on this list?
Just the video that I need. Thank you Dr. Berry
Thanks this was extremely helpful !
Thanks for list!
Excellent information thank you.
Thanks for sharing...
Very informative
That's one heck of a sunburn doc.
I just want to say thank you!
Thankx again Dr. Berry!
Thank you for sharing the Q 10. with us.
Love One Another God Bless Everyone
Thanks a Lot Doctor for this education
If your not on any of the meds you mentioned, is it a good idea to take it for general health benefits
Thank you so much for this information! Was taking One of them. Will adjust my dose of CoQ 10.
Are there any good tests to check my levels? Any cheap discount labs to get it done?
Thank you so much for this information.
Thank you Doctor for your help of education
Another great video!! Thank you 👏🏻
Thank you very much Dr appreciate this Blessing 🙌 ♡♡
I’ve been taking CoQ10 for years. Now I know why.
I suggest to pay VERY close attention to any drug prescription and injections. Food for that matter too.
They make it impossible for me to exercise. I tried them about 20 years ago.
Thanks doctor the list of medicines cannot be seen
Thanks u doc for ur valuable information; i m from india and I started taking Co q 10 from last month & can see lot of differences in energy level; it increased so i m feeling good
THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH, DOCTOR.
Great information! Thank you!
Thank you; God bless you
Love your content! Many supplements recommend taking with a meal. What's the "so what" if I take them only with my morning coffee and creamer?
Thank you for your guidance.
We take it daily!👍🏻
I couldn’t find your recommendation for co-q10 in the links below- ??
Thanks Dr Berry! No wonder I feel like crap!
