I always give lottery tickets to people at christmas and birthdays, but i always say when i give them ”i get 10% for anything you win over 1000$, anything less than that you keep all for yourself”. The two went to court and the aunt ended up getting another 211,000 out of his cut adding onto her original half. Both the aunt and nephew stated they were satisfied. The nephew said in an interview he was very heart broken that his aunt went out of the way to sue him and that he would have given her the money either way . All in all very very sad of his aunt to act the way she did, this is a case where money doesn’t change someone it shows how they really are.

So yeah lawyers are expenseive in financial settlements. By the way that's if you settle outside of court, it can get more expenseive but alot of lawyers don't charge much unless they win you money and he lost money, he'd still have to pay court costs though and maybe her's as well which would suck if he did because then he'd have to pay a little more than what I said up above. Those kind of lawyers aren't cheap and and there's other things to look at too.

The two went to court and the aunt ended up getting another 211,000 out of his cut adding onto her original half. Both the aunt and nephew stated they were satisfied. The nephew said in an interview he was very heart broken that his aunt went out of the way to sue him and that he would have given her the money either way .
All in all very very sad of his aunt to act the way she did, this is a case where money doesn’t change someone it shows how they really are.

By the way that's if you settle outside of court, it can get more expenseive but alot of lawyers don't charge much unless they win you money and he lost money, he'd still have to pay court costs though and maybe her's as well which would suck if he did because then he'd have to pay a little more than what I said up above. Those kind of lawyers aren't cheap and and there's other things to look at too.
