@Jaison Borne Biden has a dog, not a pig! and....pigs bite too 😋
The officers' investigation is so vital that 3 or 4 of them need to stop doing it so they can hassle a random citizen exercising his rights. 🙄
lmaooo the dude was impeding them by simply existing, meanwhile the officers went out of their way to stop what they were doing, and engage this man who was nowhere near their business at hand. 😂 just classic. Reminds me of when you play around and slap your friends face with his own hand and say why you hittin yourself why you hittin yourself? am i right lol
All they had to do was say, “Sir, could you please stay on the shoulder?” Instead dude went straight to finding 8 ways to violate the constitution
Real irony is the claim to be undercover and they exposed themselves because a man with a camera meandered passed. They could have stayed in their nearly blacked out SUVs and would have saved them exposure and any embarrassment but no, their god complex strikes again. To be honest I doubt they are working UC, unmarked and UC are in many locations two very different classes of police work. UC usually won’t even dress in the police gear, maybe a vest but mostly try to look civilian in case they have to separate from their vehicle and follow on foot but a UC vehicle may not even have lights on them, looking at 3/4 of the cars there there’s cherries and berries. So def in my opinion an unmarked unit of police working something. Also in what world would a UC work with 4-6 unmarked cars gathered on a private side road? That’s sus at best.
The cops walk in the middle of the street in order to accuse the dude of walking in the street.
Seems legit
When police officers demonstrate they are trained to escalate situations rather than de-escalate, there is a problem.
Thats not unusual. Cops will try to belittle you for so long until you get ticked off.
This is the problem with police in this country. I’m not against the police and overall they provide an essential service in our society but the way they are trained is a major failure. How is it that a person that is supposed to uphold the law doesn’t even know or respect those laws? People are arrested every day for trying to assert rights that are clearly granted to them by our constitution and that’s not ok. They operate under this idea that they’ll just arrest you and let the court settle it out. ANY amount of time you spend being detained or arrested is a violation of your rights and an abuse. We don’t need defunding of police we need a re-education of police.
THIS. SO MUCH THIS.
Is cause they have Qualified Inmunity, they use it like a License for all, also to Kill. Citicens real not have rights.
Not to mention the fact that they turn hostile as soon as they see a camera.
In a sane world:
"Hey what's up?"
"Just filming."
"Ok cool. Just don't be in the middle of the road, come on up on the side so you're safe."
"Oh yea. No problem."
The end.
thats why these audits are a good thing....... they just cant control the ego.. if they would just let them film the auditers would leave because thewre not there as TMZs they are thereto fight for rights that have been violated sinve the start of organized law enforcement...
That would be madness first we need 25 laws about when where how who and why a person can walk along a public road another 35 laws about walking, 89 laws about recording, and some statutes and then we have to get a few lawyers involved and that’s just getting started !!

The number 1 most infuriating thing I hate about the average police officer in this country is the condescending way they speak to citizens. Whether they’re right or wrong. Whether said citizen they are investigating is being polite or not, they always feel the need to assert their authority while speaking down to everyone as if we were children. I’ve experienced it myself firsthand. All while I was being nothing but extremely polite and respectful to them in return. I almost wish I was able to hold a mirror up to them so they could get a taste of how demeaning it feels to basically get called stupid to your own face all while doing nothing at all to provoke it
Yes, and they take that kind of attitude home. That's why it eventually turns too domestic violence on their part.
The job attracts morons and psychopaths for a reason.
I’ve experienced the same thing! I called for help and was very polite when they showed up. They immediately treated me like I was some scumbag criminal. I was VERY confused as to why they acted that way. Then they twisted everything I said to incriminate me when IM the one who called them for help…..no wonder nobody trusts the police. I legit thought they were there to help. They aren’t. :(((( they’re assholes.

The fact they interact like that shows how chronically unprofessional these thugs are.

Typical tyrannical cowardly cops.
@@libralillyknits
If so, it still makes their handling of the situation highly unprofessional - and stating that you're an undercover cop completely invalidate the whole idea of LEO working undercover.
He isn't undercover, he's a plain clothes LEO and of course he should provide his badge number in this situation....
Yes their nothing but professionals bullies.shame on them
I'm so thankful for guys like him
Calls you Perry Mason.
Call him Barney Fife.
REEEEE!!
"Had not made its policies publicly available." You cannot be in public service if the public isn't even allowed to know what you do.
The Perry Mason comment was way out of line, but just another example of the police believing they are above everyone else.
The repeated use of it, should have registered a complaint. Dude is high on himself.
When you act above everyone for years you essentially are.
His comment about "oh you're the expert, I've only been doing this job for 20 years" was ridiculous as well. He's not a lawyer. The man isn't a lawyer. They're both on even ground in terms of legal expertise.
Perry Mason always got the guilty to talk......
Don’t know If I can trust. You appear to be a Poliwrath.
how is wearing bulletproof wests with "sheriff" printed on them and a car blinking red and blue UNDERCOVER?
With same indicator one cop was beaten pretty good when trying to harrass the wrong guy. His complaints dismissed for not having sirenes going!
Undercover is constantly misused. It's unmarked. They're unmarked police vehicles.
There is only one plain clothes officer there (not really giving orders or handling the case), and a few unmarked cars. Undercover is just a wrong term to use but it makes it easy for many to understand what you're talking about.
🤔🥵
They are not in uniform but the moment they might perform active police duties they need an identifying mark for them not to be mis identified as one of the suspects...or they might get fired upon by fellow officers responding but not part of the undercover cop group...
Hats off to these people for sticking their necks out like that . I’ve found that nearly every interaction I’ve had with LEOs end up costing me money . I avoid them as much as possible
Good call ATA!!
After 20 years he's actually perfected being a bully but failed after meeting up with the camera
As this sort of dirtball usually does, when confronted with the truth about themselves.
20 years of bullying and threatening the public! Wow and he is not in jail.
The officer, He is a narcissistic psychopath
He's a burnt out "hard-on"
as for the undercover guy that says you cant walk in the middle of the road and tries to explain you need to not be in the middle and that its a civil infraction?
Once the undercover deputy has verbally identified themselves as a Sheriff's Deputy, who is acting in their official capacity, with a specific agency, they are no longer considered to be undercover and should be required to identify themselves, just as any uniformed deputy would be.
i’m hesitant to call them undercover because they’re wearing equipment with “sheriff” on it
@@misseselise3864 they straight up put a label on themselves lmaoo
Not to mention that they are all middle aged guys with the word sheriff on their body armor.
I'm not so sure is that simple Parry Mason.
@@ashir555 It actually is that simple, and most (but, not all) departments I have had dealings with require it, by their policy (but, not by law). Once you put on a big ol' vest that identifies you, to the world, as a Deputy or Police Officer and you start performing the duties of a Deputy or Police Officer (acting in an official capacity), you lose the anonymity that comes with being undercover (being unidentifiable as a Law Enforcer) and should be required to provide the public with your identifying information, upon request, for accountability purposes.
I love the way cops always ask questions in the same way. "Do you understand............?" "Do you understand". Ask them if they understand.
"Don't record us planting evidence or whatever BS we're trying to pull off"
"a guy passes by", "AHA!!!! Here is my change to flex my AUTHORITAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH"!
But if the officer doesn't identify himself, then how are we to know that he is really an officer? If he can't I.D. himself and we don't know that he is an officer, then he has no authority to be giving demands. Because if some random guy comes asking for my I.D. I'm gonna tell him exactly what he can do with that request
@6:12... the law does not prohibit police officers from lying while performing their duties...
And this isn't seen as a major issue
If they are giving you orders, they will be identifying themselves in a scenario. Seems like an extremely unlikely scenario where an undercover officer would lie about being an officer yet try to detain you. The officers in an undercover activity may need to maintain their safety by not revealing they are an officer, goes in line with the reasoning why they would be undercover.
@@JAKE8E8S exactly. The undercover in the video wouldn't identify himself, but he was giving orders to the camera person. Or actually he gave orders first then when asked to identify, he wouldn't. So as far as dude knows, that was just some random guy barking orders.
The fact that there are multiple uniformed officers right next to the guy, who are probably willing to identify themselves isn't enough?
I mean, the undercover cop isn't giving any orders, he was literally just talking. He was saying something anyone could know and say. The one giving orders is uniformed
Pinellas Co still needs A LOT of work to better their Dept.
I like how those clowns try to surround him. It's like being surrounded by the power rangers.
"Well you have to ID". When the cop said that without missing a beat, that just shows how effortlessly he's told that lie many times. They can't claim ignorance, that kind of thing is taught to you in the academy.
if your not doing anything wrong, there shouldnt be any issue with showing id..
@@JoeGrunt9 except that you have the right to not show it.
@@JoeGrunt9 absolutely, but it should be a personal choice if it's not required by law. Cops are people like you and me, and strangers to most people they come into contact with. If any other stranger comes up to you and starts telling you what to do, you'd most likely tell them to piss off. It's the same with cops when they're only telling you to do things that aren't legally required.

He's not guilty of walking on the wrong side of the road when he wasn't traversing through the are but was engaged in an legal activity -- that is filming the vehicles. To argue otherwise would mean everyone who parks and gets out of the driver side of their vehicle is violating the law.
Question unrelated to this specific video:
Some of these lawsuit (used for references) have the person first and the state second, others have the state first. Is this dependant on who sues who?
if state sues person -> state first.
person sues state -> person first.
?
I noticed that the statute cited for the infraction was in regard to a Highway. In my state, a distinction is made between highways and residential roadways. This looks much more like a residential roadway than a highway; if Florida makes a similar distinction, then it's possible that there was no infraction at all!
I was thinking the same thing! What if a kid is riding his bike on the street? Is he’s breaking the law?! What about peaceful protesters?
I counted about 4 or 5 citations for vehicle blocking the roadway facing the wrong way of travel and all of them Sheriff vehicles
Oh wow, that would be another example of that point not having been examined in enough detail by AtA, actually quite an omission. It is striking how the other points say roadway but that particular one says highway.
What also occupied my mind was the question about changing direction. I guess in that case, if the article applied, he would have to cross the road and continue there. But if it is really a highway that is concerned, that would be quite dangerous.
No differentiation under FL Statutes. Highway means any street etc... Roadway is the actual portion used for vehicular traffic. For ex. two lanes divided by a center median. The roadway would be the paved lanes on either side, highway would include the median, shoulders etc...
@@RyanRamboer-sv3pm NOT TRUE> Under Fl Statutes all streets are highways. The only differentiation is the roadway is the paved area where traffic uses and the highway portion includes shoulders, medians etc...
I don't understand how the officers can be considered "undercover" when at least two of them have the word "Sheriff" emblazoned across their chest. They might be part of an undercover task force, but their current actions are NOT undercover.
This. I think the world audit wants is 'unmarked.'
