I don't get peoples opinion here, but I respect it but why r people talking about his voice. Hyde isn't a sweet innocent character so he is conveying his personality through his voice he's not supposed to sound pure and angelic.
IMO I love their chemistry, it's palpable! I mean the fear and yet longing and pull towards Hyde she has. She did a beautiful job at showing how conflicted she is about him. I have no words for rob, just incredible!! He gives this gentle yet dangerous man that u should be afraid of yet especially in that first minute he makes u forget who he is and how truly dangerous he is because he is being so gentle and caring towards her. I mean look at his eyes at :58 seconds, that look couldn't be more perfect. Every woman in the world would die to have their, husband, bf, partner look at them that way!!!! Then u fast forward to 1:43 and u gasp and think is he going to kill her and that dark side comes out. This really is acted out perfectly!
Too many people don’t understand that the acting always comes first with singing second. He’s not a pop singer, it’s not supposed to be song pretty and commercial.
Rob Evan and Linda Eder?! Amazing! Even better than Evan and Sexton! But of course, nothing can beat Eder and Cuccioli...there was a sort of ...alchemy between them, you could tell! Thank you so much for this cool video!

Since I can only compare the press reel with Cuccioli to this performance with Evan, I can only say that I'm conflicted on which I like better, LOL. They're both just SO FRIGGIN' HOT.

I am sad that they took this off of broadway before I even got a chance to see this, this one my most favorite musicals besides Phantom Of the Opera
