Ingredients
1.5 kg small Chicken Wings (whole and cleaned)
⅔ cup flour
Brining Solution:
1 ½ cup Boiling water
2 tbsp Mirin
1 extra large cube Chicken Bouillon
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Garlic powder
Batter:
1 cup All-purpose flour
3 tbsp Cornstarch
1 cup and 1 tbsp Cold Water
Spicy Sauce:
⅓ cup Chicken Broth
¼ cup Soy Sauce
¼ cup White Sugar
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Cayenne pepper powder
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
¼ cup Corn Syrup
3 Vietnam pepper (red, dry)
2 tbsp Oil
