i made this today, nakakamiss ang mga pagkain sa pilipinas. just added sa glaze ng i tbsp of sesame oil tsaka sesame seed to garnish. thank you sa recipe Chef Tatung masarap ang lunch namin ngayon, happy holidays po!
I tried this for our lunch and my kids loved it! I mixed gojuchang paste with mayo coz i dont have sriracha sauce at hand. Thank you for the recipe chef Tatung :)

Actually nag work ako sa bonchon... normal flour and iced water lang ang sikreto sa chicken.. Crispy chicken dhil sa iced water.. As in literal na nilalagyan nmin ng ice ung batter..
