    I'm very new to Korean cooking and bought some gochujang paste today to try and cook with it myself. I can't eat too spicy so how much can I use for this recipe as a starting point. 1 and half tbs might be a little too much how about half that? I've only eaten Korean fried cauliflower and it was delicious, slightly sweet and spicy. Thanks

    • @koreanbapsang6835
      @koreanbapsang6835  Год назад +1

      The sauce is not that spicy, but sure you can reduce to a half. You'll probably need to add a little more soy sauce to make up for the saltiness part of the gochujang.
