I don't understand how it saves time. You crimp one side only? Or do you crimp same row 4 times? Doesn't seem as solid of a crimp as a crimper with 4 sided die if you put one crimp per row.

Then I saw the $1500 or so price tag. Obvious choice for assembly line, but not marketed towards employee ownership.

You pull that out on my job and I'm running you off. No way to verify the tool did it's job. With a keyed die system you know 100% if you matched the die, wire , and connector you've got a connection that will work forever.
It's good that it's you all listed for those brands how good does it do with some of the welding cables cuz I used to have to crimp welding cables and control panels the flexibility
The price is ridiculous. I'll stick with my Temco dieless that cost me $100 bucks and does the same single point style of crimp and save $4k thank you very much 😉.

we have a greenlee dieless crimper at work and she works just fine.

Yeah sorry, sticking to my Greenlee set. Not as fast, but crimps are perfect. Didn't cost 5k, oh, and it's paid for (and has paid for itself 5x over).
