Great video, i have subscribed to your channel a month ago, and have been studying your blueprint ever since. I used to plow and salt in Boston years ago, however left going down south. I have recently obtained my Class B permit looking forward to taking my test coming back up North to aid and assist my Grandfather who has a couple of dump trucks left, having his own company with a big fleet back in the 70 and 80s. I want to help salvage the company and bring his company back to life. I don’t know how to go about it, however i am working on a plan considering he’s old fashion and I’m still new
